予約内容と客室の条件が異なり残念でした

古いホテルとのことですが、部屋は改装されていてとても清潔で、古さを感じませんでした。ホテルの周辺には飲食店や商店が多く、客室からのリバービューも素晴らしいです。ホテルスタッフも、私たちがチェックインした際の女性従業員以外は、気軽にタクシーを手配してくれるなど親切に対応してくれました。

Cons:

私たちが予約したのはデラックスツインルームで、Booking.comの予約画面には「お部屋の詳細」として「建物の最上階に位置するデラックスルームで、川の景色を望めます」と書かれていました。このホテルは12階建てなのですが、実際にチェックインしてみると、私たちの客室は６階でした。受付の女性従業員に、予約内容と条件が異なることをアピールしましたが、その女性は１秒も調査を行うことはなく、「あなたたちの部屋は６階です。その部屋はデラックスツインルームです」と冷たく言うばかりで話になりませんでした。ホテルそのものは良かったのですが、この点については明らかに騙されたという気持ちになります。非常に残念です。Booking.comとホテル側、どちらに問題があるのかしっかり調査をして、然るべく対応してもらいたいです。

Comfortable hotel with Beautiful view of river
Pros:

Great window view of the mini river that branches off from hangang river, spacious room, convenient to and from airport via limo bus 6008

Cons:

No laundromat on the premises, the substitute was featured on a map in the lobby and quite a walk which I couldn’t find anyway
