Pros:

Buona la posizione: non proprio in centro, ma nemmeno troppo fuori città, vicino alla metropolitana. Molto comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Incheon: ci si trova già quasi sulla strada principale (superstrada o autostrada che sia). Per il resto, tutto abbastanza ok. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Niente di particolare, per un soggiorno di 3 notti. Ovviamente, se si vuole di più, bisogna pagare di più

Très bon rapport qualité prix avec une vue magnifique sur le fleuve et son confluent
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux et très efficace. 2 des 3 personnes de la réception parlent très bien l'anglais et vous informe parfaitement. De plus elles vous assistent efficacement. Le personnel à l'étage est bienveillant et intervient très vite pour vous aider.
Ma chambre avait Une Vue imprenable sur le fleuve et son confluent. Depuis la grande baie vitrée de la chambre je pouvais voir le superbe pont s'éclairer toutes les nuits. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le quartier est très agréable et très vivant avec pleins de commerces. De plus, on est a à peine 10 minutes de la Station de métro yeomchang (ligne 9). Très pratique pour se promener en centre ville.

Cons:

Il faisait Trop chaud dans la chambre mais on ne pouvait pas utiliser la climatisation. Ce n'était pas encore la bonne période (fin avril).
Le personnel à l'étage m'a gentiment installé un ventilateur.

Excellent hôtel à tout point de vue
Pros:

Proximité des deux aéroports Incheon et Gimpo. Le bus Limousine de l’aéroport d’incheon s’arrête au pied de l’immeuble! Belle vue depuis la chambre. Lit confortable et chambre insonorisée ! L’accueil ! Le personnel etait charmant et parle anglais

予約内容と客室の条件が異なり残念でした

古いホテルとのことですが、部屋は改装されていてとても清潔で、古さを感じませんでした。ホテルの周辺には飲食店や商店が多く、客室からのリバービューも素晴らしいです。ホテルスタッフも、私たちがチェックインした際の女性従業員以外は、気軽にタクシーを手配してくれるなど親切に対応してくれました。

Cons:

私たちが予約したのはデラックスツインルームで、Booking.comの予約画面には「お部屋の詳細」として「建物の最上階に位置するデラックスルームで、川の景色を望めます」と書かれていました。このホテルは12階建てなのですが、実際にチェックインしてみると、私たちの客室は６階でした。受付の女性従業員に、予約内容と条件が異なることをアピールしましたが、その女性は１秒も調査を行うことはなく、「あなたたちの部屋は６階です。その部屋はデラックスツインルームです」と冷たく言うばかりで話になりませんでした。ホテルそのものは良かったのですが、この点については明らかに騙されたという気持ちになります。非常に残念です。Booking.comとホテル側、どちらに問題があるのかしっかり調査をして、然るべく対応してもらいたいです。
