Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. The shower head was in need of some repair and the plate indicating temperature was put on wrong but does anyone pay attention to those anyways? Could use a vent in the bathroom, more of a courtesy to others that may be in the room when the door opens.

The hotel was nice, and we were even able to check in early, although we did have to pay extra for that. Overall, everything was good. The only issue we ran into was that the sheets and bedding were dirty when we arrived, but once we asked, they brought us clean ones right away, which we appreciated. The hotel itself could use a bit more updating, but it worked well for our stay since we were just there for a wedding. The only thing I wish the room had was a dresser—that was the only downside.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel during our stay. They have a sign in the bathroom stating "Room Service every third night or upon request ". We requested for room service after the second night and no one showed up. We thought whats one more day, expecting room service on the third night per the notice. But no one showed up again on the third night. When we asked for towels the front desk said we dont have any. My wife got upset and went down to see the manager who told us that the towels are in the laundry and they will send them up to our room when available. No one came to the room so we went downstairs again around 11:00 PM at which point they gave us the towels.

Never again at Comfort Suites. Even management is unprofessional.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was very stylish and most importantly clean. The breakfast options were nice and every staff member spoke to us.
We tried the indoor pool but were a little surprised it wasn't heated. We would prefer to have liquid creamer for our coffee instead of powdered creamer. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable.

Noisy area around hotel. Gas station on the corner plays load music even during hotel quiet hours. Front desk person said they have to contact the police to get the gas station to turn down the music from time to time but then they start up again.
Other guests left their TV’s on all night.
