HORRIBLE!!!!!
Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

Run down. No nightstand on the one side of the bed
Parking lot was being turn up
NO parking…. Especially handicap parking which we needed..
In violation of the disability act

The location was good, the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was very good. This trip my family didnt have time to swim

Cons:

My TV did not work in that there were no channels

Overall great property, very comfortable and amazing location
Pros:

Most aspects of the property including the location, the facilities, the cleanliness and the maintenance is good.

Cons:

However, some of the staff including the maintenance/housekeeping and some front desk staff like Arya were very non supportive. It did come across as lack of experience

Great place to stay
Pros:

The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Instant hot water in the shower. The breakfast area had nice , fresh selections. The attendant kept everything clean and refilled.

Good hotel.
Pros:

Good solid stay. Nice beds. Close to Starbucks. Easy access from freeway.

Cons:

Would prefer daily turn down service unless I personally put up the do not disturb sign. Currently, it’s every third day unless you tell front desk. Annoying.

Pros:

The "suites" in this hotel are great -- bed, desk, large tv, and another table that can serve as a desk that allows watching TV while working. Very comfortable. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Great staff.
