Cleanliness
6
Mixed reports — many guests called rooms and property clean and well maintained, but several reports describe run-down areas, paint chipping, and explicit mentions of dirty rooms.
Service
8.5
Generally positive service with multiple compliments (notably a friendly male front-desk employee) but a few mentions of non-supportive/ inexperienced staff (maintenance/housekeeping and some front desk).
Location
9.5
Consistently praised — convenient, walking distance to restaurants (Panera, Starbucks) and easy freeway access; strong location sentiment across reviews.
Room Quality
7.8
Mostly positive: modern, comfortable beds, good suites and instant hot water. Some negatives: carpet preferred flooring, missing nightstand, occasional TV problems and small bathrooms.
Amenities
7.5
Breakfast offerings and attendant repeatedly praised; some amenities criticized (small gym, limited parking/handicap parking issues, unused pool mentioned).
Value for Money
6.4
Perceived as reasonably priced and convenient for last-minute stays, but housekeeping policies and parking/maintenance issues reduce perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast repeatedly described as very good with a nice selection and attentive staff; one complaint about policy preventing taking food back to rooms.
Overall Experience
7.7
Overall pleasant and solid stay for many guests (clean, comfy, good location/breakfast) but offset by noise, maintenance/cleanliness inconsistencies and parking/accessibility problems.

Male Front Desk Employee Deserves A Promotion!!
Pros:

Male employee at the front desk (don't know his name, but has dark hair and wears glasses, built like a football player) was super nice. He was very thoughtful and helpful assisting us with our dogs. He understands customer service and deserves a promotion...seriously!! Please share this review with him.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good with a nice selection of options. The only suggestion we had was we preferred to eat breakfast in our room and they don't allow you to leave the breakfast area with food. The location is great, walking distance to Panera, Starbucks, and several other restaurants and businesses. Warm and inviting, would recommend. Thank you!

Cons:

Just wish there wasn't a policy about grabbing breakfast and heading back to your room. Some family members of ours preferred to eat on our own time schedule and in private.

Good location, not great sleep
Pros:

The premises was clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

There wasn't good ventilation in the bathroom, and there were spots on the ceilings, walls and corners where paint was cracking and chipping off. Also, our neighbors across the hall and also above us were very loud, making it extremely hard to sleep; the walls seemed very thin.

Most aspects of the property including the location, the facilities, the cleanliness and the maintenance is good.
