Our room was very rundown. Bathroom and carpets were very old and needed a lot of work.

Great location, lovely staff, delicious food from the restaurant.

Cons:

Our room and access area was tired and run down. It needed repainting, new carpets and had an unpleasant odour. For a luxury hotel we were pretty disappointed in the condition of the room and hallway.

キッチンも付いてる部屋だったのでもっと長く滞在すれば良かったかな?！

Staff were fantastic, rooms lovely, loved the restaurant too & room service was prompt & great quality. Loved the balcony & bed super comfy

Comfy beds, good staff and great location
Pros:

Loved the 2 bed exec suite for my sister and I. The beds and pillows were fantastic, reception and housekeeping staff lovely.
Only downside is the restaurant isn’t open Saturday for lunch?
