Loved it, will definitely stay again when we return to Launceston.
Pros:

First off, the staff at the reception desk were fantastic - so welcoming, knowledgeable and accomodating.
The location is perfect, walking distance to the town centre, City Park & Cararact Gorge.
And the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Nothing.

Convenient location and comfortable
Pros:

Excellent location only a few minutes to the city centre. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was spacious and very clean! It has all the essentials we needed.

Good all round.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate for our needs, shared the omelette which was plenty. Service was prompt and friendly. Close to town centre and walking distance to Seaport with good restaurants. (Indian is really good) Helpful desk staff gave us options for Sunday dinner as hotel restaurant was closed. Staff were consistently helpful and attentive. Room has everything you would need,laundry a bonus!

Cons:

Probably the only thing would be a few marks on carpet in the room, not major.
