what a great place, value for money, comfy bed, awesome shower and bath. they went out of their way to give me the parking i requested (ie i requested disabled parking and they reserved it for me). I ordered room service and instead of just delivering it, they came and laid it on the table for me. heaps of space, bigger than usual bar fridge. the location was great, easy to find and access.
access from the car park could have been easier. i had to walk around to the front of the building to enter (only a very short distance) however there is a doorway, only accessible with your room key, this door should be accessible to allow you to go in a start the check in process with out have to walk around from the car park to the front of the building
otherwise, an awesome stay and couldnt fault the place, not my (or families first time) or last, we will be park, despite the entry issue.

Nice room and great location
The room was clean and spacious and well appointed. Common areas were well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was centrally located and it was easy to access activities and things to see and do. Attached Bluestone Bar and Grill was great for dinner and breakfast.
I was attracted to the hotel because of the on site parking.
We were put in room 120, this rooms view was on the left hand side of the building. Probably the worst location in the complex. No view at all, large industrial bins fill with cardboard.
On entering the room, there was a food tray on the floor with a 120 tag and we entered thinking that there might be someone in the room. The tray was still there when we checked out in the morning.
The bathroom was a joke, the shower curtain, that’s right a shower curtain that hung about 150 mm from the floor that didn’t stop the water splashing on the floor. Also water was coming from the toilet area making the whole of the floor continually wet.
The restaurant food service and pricing was excellent
The clanging/ loud banging of the sewer stack made it difficult to sleep
