Convenient location and comfortable
Pros:

Excellent location only a few minutes to the city centre. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was spacious and very clean! It has all the essentials we needed.

Great location and comfy stay.
Pros:

Loved the location and the really spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and bonus of a laundry room for the end of a two weeks work trip!

Good all round.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate for our needs, shared the omelette which was plenty. Service was prompt and friendly. Close to town centre and walking distance to Seaport with good restaurants. (Indian is really good) Helpful desk staff gave us options for Sunday dinner as hotel restaurant was closed. Staff were consistently helpful and attentive. Room has everything you would need,laundry a bonus!

Cons:

Probably the only thing would be a few marks on carpet in the room, not major.

Pros:

The two bedroom apartment had kitchen and laundry facilities; additional toilet and bathroom was good.

Cons:

The ensuite shower leaked water so the floor was wet.
No ventilation / extraction fan in both bathrooms.

Pros:

Great location, lovely staff, delicious food from the restaurant.

Cons:

Our room and access area was tired and run down. It needed repainting, new carpets and had an unpleasant odour. For a luxury hotel we were pretty disappointed in the condition of the room and hallway.
