Staff was courteous, but we were part of a wedding party, My boyfriend was the best man and the staff wouldn't give us a gift bag because we booked through booking.com

Lourd was the night guest services associate. He was very kind, professional and took care of all of us guest who arrived late due to flight delays. Outside of the issues we had the stay was fair.
The overall breakfast wasn't great. The omelette station was disgusting and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The staff in the breakfast was quite rude and talked amongst themselves instead of serving the guest. The phone in our room didn't work and housekeeping "accidentally" gave us one dirty towel when our room was turned over.
I needed to book a hotel last minute and chose the Hilton Baltimore hotel at the airport. The Hotel was fine, but the service was even better from Lourd. I arrived really late in the evening but to early for my booking to arrive in the system. He helped me through the entire process, and made my stay even better.
Dinner to price
Melvin W was great. He was very congenial and friendly. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed for a safe ride. I would ride with home anytime.
The staff at the hotel was amazing..Melvin the shuttle driver was outstanding, courteous and charming. The clerk at the welcome desk,.Scott was equally charming and cheerful. As a business owner, these employees would be a welcome addition to any staff!
