Good morning, I stayed here for a wedding event, The staff are amazing starting with the shuttle driver he picked me up from the airport. Mr. Ahad was extremely professional; we had a great conversation on the way to the hotel. The first impression of a hotel property is always key. Which he did very well. Then walking into the hotel meeting the front desk staff, blew me away with how quickly my check in experience was. The front desk agent greeted me as I was walking in and acknowledged my status level. Top tear experience, The next morning I came down for breakfast, Metting Tammy was such a great experience as well she made me feel like I was at home. Such a nice person to talk to. The young lady that offered to make me an omelet was so kind and quick at her job I think her name is Gita she also made my experience that much better. Meeting Lonza was a pleasure as well, He's very prompt at his job there's never a dirty dish on his watch. If you want the same experience, you should book at the BWI Hilton. This is a hotel but not just that it's a place that makes you feel welcomed.

Stayed here in March 2026 for business. Great property, the gym and pool are beautiful. Beds are comfortable. The highlight of the trip was Paul at the bar. He was personable, fun and remembered every guest's name. The food (crab cake sandwich) was incredible. Will be back.

The customer service and genuine care and professionalism received by my family during their stay was truly first rate and what the Hilton Brand is known for..Supervisor Ms.Vicky,Supervisor Mr.Gregg and Front Desk specialist Mr.Lourd went above and beyond in accommodating my daughter Darryenne and my 5 grandchildren as they celebrated a birthday 🎂..From check in to stay to check out each were made to feel like they were VIP's!! Thank you each for being so wonderful with my loved one's to such a point that they all can't wait to return,and of course the pool and breakfast were a complete hit..The Ford and Williams households can't thank you all enough.

Shuttle was prompt to pick up within 10min of calling after landing. Fantastic friendly customer service at front desk by Lourd. He gave me a quiet room with a king bed as I'm a taller guy.
After a very long day of work and traveling. We ended up at this hotel. When we realized there were a bunch of flights canceled from the airport, we were definitely worried about what kind of madness it would be when we arrived. We simply wanted to get our room keys, go to our rooms and pass out.
Vickie was working the counter and it was absolutely fantastic! She handled every customer with grace, and a level of professionalism. I don’t expect to see at2 AM. The customer in front of us was very upset because her hotel voucher from the airline was for a separate hotel. Vickie was to handle her issues while maintaining the proper level of customer service with the remaining people standing in line.
