I arrived off of the earliest flight and planned on working on my computer in the hotel lobby u till check in. I actually didn’t expect no wait at all. Mahin checked me in seamlessly and found a room available so that I could relax. I appreciate her great customer service.

The beds on the other hand were absolutely awful. The one bed was broken on one side, so it did not lay even and the other bed in the room sunk to the bottom as soon as you sat on it. It was a terrible nights sleep.
The room was fine. Spacious and clean. However, I wish I'd met Vicky. Instead I had a lacklustre welcome from a different employee with only a drip more enthusiasm when recognising my gold status. Booked a day use room due to flight problems but need to leave at 4pm which felt quite early. Surprisingly no ability to extend checkout time.
The guys operating the shuttles are wonderful. Polite, courteous and very helpful. The shuttle operates every 30 mins on the hour and half past and will take you within a three mile radius.
Needed a room last minute, very late at night, in between flights. Vicky, at the front desk went above and beyond to help and make sure everything was taken care of for my daughter. Definitely recommend staying here!
Convenient to the airport
Have the outlets in the green did not work properly, and the showerhead did not look positive either
The room was a great size and it was close to the airport.
You pay for self parking in a parking lot. Not sure why. The staff was not welcoming for friendly during check in and check out.
Soft comfortable beds, clean room and free transportation to and from the airport. Very convenient for travelers!
No cookies at check in or water
We had a nice overnight stay before our trip to fly out to Florida. We had a wonderful driver that picked us up from the Airport, his name was Melvin W. He was professional, kinda and also informative. Thank you Melvin!

I stayed at this property last month and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to the front desk agent, Lourd, who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. He was attentive, courteous, and made sure all my questions were answered.
The shuttle driver, Melvin, also deserves recognition. He was very friendly, had a great sense of humor, and made the ride enjoyable. It’s always the little interactions like these that make a stay memorable.
Hilton truly never fails to provide excellent service. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying again!
Miss Vicky hooked us up and is the best! We were tired and exhausted when we checked in, but she provided simply the best service so we could get comfortable quickly.
I was very reluctant to book with Hilton because of past experience at different locations but I am so glad I did. Mahin is a professional, courteous and amazing customer service !!! If you want to give Hilton a second chance and happen to be BWI area , give it a try !!!!

We visited this property this past weekend and I must say from check in to check out out time was great. There was one front desk attendant that took really good care of us and her name was Vicky. She is exceptional at what she does. The property was clean and all our needs were met. Wonderful location to a lot of food places. The restaurant is always amazing. We had a room issue that was handled immediately. The hotel was quiet and cozy. We appreciated the cost of our room as a rewards member. Overall atmosphere was pleasant.
Vicky and the staff was amazing, they helped us out with last minute reservations and were very amazing!
