Das Essen war sehr fein für ein Buffet-Restaurant. Insbesondere habe ich die Grill-Station mit dem frischen Fisch geschätzt. Die Themen haben jeden Tag gewechselt und meistens war es fein. Einzig das Sushi ist abgefallen - dann lieber verzichten, also nur Billig-Sushi zu servieren. Sehr gut war auch der Lavazza-Kaffee. des Weiteren fand ich den Möbelmix im Buffet-Restaurant sehr gut umgesetzt - wirklich tolles Interior. Je nach Ort fühlte man sich wie in einem neuen Restaurant. Einzig schade, dass der Dresscode nicht klarer durchgesetzt wird. Vor allem abends wäre eine etwas stilvolle Garderobe angebracht. Man könnte locker zwei Bereiche mache: diejenigen, die in Addidas-Schlappen kommen rechts und diejenigen, die auf Stil Wert legen, links. Nur so eine Idee...
Das Essen in der Sunset Bar und auch am Spa Pool war sehr fein (wobei mir ein falscher Salat serviert wurde, den ich nicht bestellt habe). Die Zimmer waren tipptopp, ausser die Betten etwas "billig". Geschätzt haben wir den 1A Reinigungsservice von Maria - wirklich top! Was ich auf alle Fälle empfehlen kann, ist der Aufpreis für den Spa-Bereich. Der Pool und die Liegen dort sind viel exklusiver als der eScencia Bereich.
Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich & herzlich (Reception, Buffet-Restaurant etc.). Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Gratis-Shuttle nach Maspalomas.
Was sehr schade ist, dass man fast den vollen Preis für das Side-Restaurant bezahlen muss, wenn man HP gebucht hat. Das Restaurant war immer leer. Würde der Aufpreis z.B. auf EUR 10 reduziert, wäre das Restaurant sicher voller und Gast wie Hotel würden profitieren.
Beim Yoga/Pilates fand ich es komisch, dass keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Matten werden auch nicht desinfiziert... Einige Lifte haben ihr bestes Alter wohl gesehen - hat man bei der Renovation am falschen Ort gespart. Und im Gegensatz zum Buffet-Restaurant fand ich die Rezeption/Empfangsbereich etwas kahl/fade; ein Interior-Update würde dem Raum guttun.
El hotel es un pasada totalmente recomendable. Tanto el trato del personal, como las instalaciones.... Volveré a repetir sin duda.
La amabilidad del personal, calidad de la habitación y oferta gastronómica son dignas de un cinco estrellas. Incluso el buffet, que está super limpio y es muy variado y con muchas opciones de showcooking y platos recién hechos.
Los horarios de la oferta de restauración son muy justos. Uno de los bares de piscina cierra a las 17h y el otro (de la piscina only adults) a las 19h. En verano y en una zona tan calurosa y apartada, sin otras opciones alrededor, queda muy justa y escasa, y te impide disfrutar por completo del día; sobre todo en estancias de una noche, ya que el horario de check in es a las 15h.

We had a fantastic stay at Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were beautiful, the food was excellent, and the whole resort was peaceful and relaxing. The golf courses are in superb condition, making it a perfect destination for golfers. A big bonus is that from June to September, guests can enjoy free unlimited golf (buggy and club hire not included), which makes this hotel outstanding value. We can't wait to come back,
My partner and son Visited Last year,and were so impressed with every aspect of the Salobre that they wanted to return- I could not be more impressed. The resort has been designed beautifully to blend into the environment seamlessly. The views, especially From The rooftop garden are simply breathtaking. The service, ambience, food , facilities are second to none-Best Holiday experience I’ve ever had. Excellent family stay @ Salobre with a unforgettable Golf Journey (beginner)
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall quality of the hotel. The food was excellent, offering a great variety and consistently high standards. The room service was outstanding—fast, reliable, and always delivered with care. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxed.
One of the absolute highlights of my stay was taking golf lessons with Rubén.
He is an exceptional golf professional with outstanding technical knowledge, a remarkable eye for detail, and a genuine passion for teaching. Every lesson was perfectly structured, highly motivating, and tailored to my individual game. Thanks to his coaching, I was able to make noticeable improvements in a very short time.
A particular highlight was the use of TrackMan technology. The detailed swing analysis and instant feedback, combined with Rubén’s expertise, created an incredibly effective and enjoyable learning experience.
Beyond his outstanding coaching skills, Rubén is friendly, patient, professional, and truly committed to helping his students improve. He is a fantastic ambassador for the hotel and its golf facilities, and his lessons significantly enhanced my overall stay.

This is a beautiful hotel and a beautiful location. The food is exceptional and the service matches that. Especially I would like to call out Aida on reception for always going above and beyond to make sure we have the best time ever. Our preference during the day is the infinity pool at the top of the hotel when our husbands take advantage of the free golf each day. It is amidst the mountains that have their own kind of beauty, with a perpetual breeze offering peace and serenity. This is the fifth time we have been at this hotel and we shall continue to make it a favourite.
Just back from a lovely few days. This was our fifth stay over the years. We booked an 11th floor room but the balcony was dominated by a wall so we asked to change which they kindly did. I would say some parts of the hotel (rooms) are maybe starting to look a bit dated but they are still lovely. Really good soundproofing. The only thing to be aware of is the building work across the other side of the golf course. It would be impossible to sit peacefully on your balcony anytime between 8am and 3pm. The noise is worse if you are in the spa pool. The staff really make this hotel. They are superb, really friendly and work so hard. Felt the quality of the food had deteriorated slightly over the years. There’s a great selection but if you asked for meat or fish to be cooked fresh to order they always overcooked it. Not sure if they are worried about food poisoning but fish does not need to be cooked on a hot griddle for 10 minutes. The adult pool area is lovely and peaceful. And a perfect place to watch the sun set. Had a massage which was lovely. Plenty of underground parking if you hire a car. And the little Spar at the top of the road is great to stock up on nibbles. Despite the niggles we will definitely be back - it just ticks a lot of boxes for us - but maybe in a year or two when building work has hopefully finished.
Been coming here since 2012 when it was a Sheraton. Better now. Been with family and with friends about 8 times altogether.
Caters more for adults which suits more now. Staff are always amazing and do all they can for guests. Not party central and mostly very quiet, including evenings in the bar.
I am very fussy and quite critical where hotels are concerned but genuinely find it hard to be critical of this one.
Came this time for a week to chill and play a bit of golf and already booked again for September!!!
