Please note that both the Sunset Pool and the Spa Center are adults only. Please note beach transfer is possible every hour from 11:00 to 18:00, subject to availability.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage inkl. mehrerer Pools.

Cons:

Ich hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung und die Mitarbeiter waren teilweise extrem unfreundlichen und unmotivierten. Die Rezeptionistin hat bei unserer Ankunft nichts erklärt und nur auf eine App verwiesen.
Die Sauna musste man zusätzlich zahlen.

chambres très éloignées de la réception et des restaurants. Personnel oubliant de nous donner la clé au check in et de nous faire livrer la valise dans la chambre. Nous avons dû retourner à la réception pour remontrer nos papiers d'identité et avons dû prendre notre valise nous-mêmes....

Eine Woche intensiv Golf spielen passt. Urlaub würde ich dort nicht machen wollen.
Pros:

Zum Golfen sehr gut geeignet. Gute Lage, Service Angebot okay. Essensqualität für so viele Personen echt gut.

Cons:

Weite Wege, schlecht beschildert. Große unübersichtliche Anlage. In die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden im Zimmer geht gar nicht!

A beautiful, relaxing staff with wonderful staff
Pros:

A beautiful secluded location and number of pools. Staff were incredible. Particularly Ariel in the restaurant, what a genuine and kind man - he went above and beyond. Truly grateful to all the staff for their welcoming and friendly service.

Cons:

Rooms could use a decorative refresh.

Cons:

En la ducha, el agua caliente salía a ráfagas, y durante unos segundos salía templada para pasar a salir hirviendo unos segundos después, lo que hacia que ducharse fuera muy incomodo. Lo comenté en Recepción el segundo día, pero no se solucionó.
Por otro lado, la recepción estaba con poco personal, siempre había una cola de varias personas para ser atendidas, y esto no debería ser así en un hotel 5 estrellas. Recomiendo hacer el check out la tarde anterior, te puedes jugar el perder el avión!

Classy, boutique vibes despite being huge
Pros:

The property is absolutely stunning. It’s a huge hotel but somehow manages to feel unique due to its intricate, stylish design and web of gardens and pools. It accommodates children (dedicated pool) but is not a complete family/children place which we thought was a positive but depends on your preferences. The views are incredible and the rooftop is really special. Gym is small but adequate - great views. We found the effort/mood of the staff varied greatly from absolutely brilliant to a bit indifferent. Same spectrum for the food at Sens but overall very high quality for a buffet. The location is off the beaten track so great if you’re looking to avoid tours/mass tourism near the coast. You still have views of the water but need to shuttle / bus into town, we didn’t bother. Several restaurants for lunch and nice walks around in the stunning area.

Cons:

No double beds, single pushed together. Cleaning was a bit random. Some days they left dirty mugs and didn’t replace water, even if overall it was clean. Service overall was not truly 5 star (for 600€ a night during Christmas) but still v pleasant.
Could be slightly better signposted due to the huge size and numerous lifts that only service some levels/ parts of levels. Of course not the hotels fault but other guests were not friendly at all, strange to see many singles dining and no one ever talking/ smiling.
