I'd prefer proper rubber shower mat in room as option. As it was just used towels
One of the lifts was out, so ended up going up and down between floors( several times) before I got to my floor. Have mobility issuès. so walking up stairs wasn't an option really

I really liked the room had Air con and kept the rom cool, we stayed when we were still in a heat wave. Even though it is in the town centre it was really quiet location.

Hotel was perfectly situated for the train station which is what we wanted. The staff were always cheerful and very helpful, we did have a room on 11th floor which was a good choice as the road outside could get quite noisy of an evening. They also had a cold water machine at reception where we could fill any bottle,this was a great idea, also recycling bins in reception plus they didn't sell bottles of water, no plastic bottles 👏We would stay again.
If you were only staying for one night then storage was fine but we stayed for 4 nights and the lack of storage such as bedside table with draws would have been a plus

Amazing breakfast included in the room rate.That was a surprise. A great place for train travel.
Easy access from station only a couple of minutes walk. Good location and great breakfast at very reasonable prices.
One of the rooms booked had what looked like nail varnish stain on carpets and also only 1 elevator working
Clean, tidy, well maintained.
There was a low-level humming sound by the door which kept me awake.
