Une direction à l’ouest total!!! Et absolument pas à l’écoute de sa clientèle

La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Une arrivée à 15h pour repartir le lendemain à 11h. L’hôtel ne souhaitait pas me faire bénéficier de la piscine après mon chek out (11h) je ne suis même pas resté 24 heures à l’hôtel, chose que je n’ai pas compris j’ai fait pleins d’autres hôtels, c’est la première fois qu’on me refuse un accès, c’est vraiment n’importe quoi, une direction complètement fermée et absolument pas conciliante quand on a un vol ou un train en début de soirée, l’hôtel nous permet même pas de profiter encore de ses services, je n’y remettrai pas les pieds !!
