Très déçu par mon expérience au petit déjeuner. Le personnel est mal aimable. Il y a trop de produits manquants le déjeuner est servi jusqu a 10h et pourtant a 9h15 plus de viennoiseries.. motif ça s arrete a 10h.. beaucoup trop de ruptures
.les distributeurs de boissons fonctionnent mal. Trop déçu surtout pour le prix payé!..les 2 employes ne vous regardent mm pas trop affaire a tout boucler pour en finir....produits de qualité par contre

Qu on a frappé à la porte de chambre dimanche matin pour le ménage à 9h! ?
Tutto perfetto: camera, colazione, ristorante, parcheggio, staff. Piccola digressione: consigliamo vivamente di andare alla Cattedrale in notturna perché ci sono delle imperdibili installazioni di luce!
La posizione non è centrale, ma in macchina sono solo pochi minuti dal centro di Chartres.
The reception staff were absolutely Ace - made you feel welcome and wanted to help you in any way they could. Certainly enhanced our visit as did the staff in the Restaurant.
The food - first steak was cold and not really cooked at all, they happily replaced them and was a lot nicer. However steak was still quite tough.i I
