Séjour extraordinaire avec un personnel au petit soin.
Pros:

C'est le meilleur hôtel de la région ! Le confort, l'esthétique et la situation de l'hôtel en font un endroit exceptionnel. Le personnel est juste incroyable : dévoué, prévenant et serviable. Vous pouvez tout demander à l'accueil : réserver une moto, commander un taxi, faire les réservations de bus pour vous. Merci infiniment au personnel de l'hôtel !

Lovely staff, perfect location
Pros:

Perfect hotel for after disembarking from or before embarking on the express boat to Phnom Penh, with views across the Mekong. Super-friendly and helpful staff. And it’s soon to get a new outdoor pool!

Đáng tiền và dễ thương.
Pros:

Nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương, chào khách và mời các dịch vụ, giới thiệu các dịch vụ, lựa chọn khi đến Châu Đốc tham quan du lịch một cách rất lịch sự mềm mỏng. Nhân viên phòng và cả điều xe trước sảnh cũng vậy. Mình nghĩ là ks đáng tiền và dễ thương nhất miền Tây trước nay mà minhc đã trải nghiệm.
View thì khỏi nói, có thể nói lac ks duy nhất ở ngã ba sông Hậu, trực diện ngay bến sông luôn. Chắc thời bấy giờ khó có thể mọc lên ks mới nào cập mé sông như vậy. Đồ ăn ngon, bữa sáng nhiều món quê, bánh quê, đặc sản bún cá, cà phê đá, cà phê sữa đá VN…
Khách sạn dù đã lâu năm nhưng vô cùng sạch sẽ và nội thất gỗ nên trông cổ cổ sao sao ấy.
Địa điểm ngay trung tâm đối diện Coop mart.
Mình sẽ quay lại.

Emplacement exceptionnel
Chambre magnifique, très grande, avec balcon donnant sur le fleuve. Décorée avec goût
Petit déjeuner qui ravira tous les goûts et en particulier ceux qui veulent faire un break avec la cuisine asiatique.
Staff et management extrêmement serviable qui nous a organisé la suite du voyage pour un montant moindre que ceux d'une agence

Tout, l'emplacement, le style néo colonial, les excursions proposées, la gentillesse du personnel qui m'a bien aidé quand j'ai eu un pépin de santé, le restaurant... Grab ne fonctionne pas dans cette région, donc obligation de passer par des taxis beaucoup plus chers (mais ça reste relatif). L'hôtel s'occupe de tout

Rien. La ville n'a aucun intérêt, mais plein de choses à voir dans la région. Je conseille de continuer vers Phnom Penh qui est tout proche.

Soggiorno a Chau Doc per traversata in Cambogia
Pros:

Struttura accogliente con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Comodissima se dovete fare la traversata in barca fino al confine per la Cambogia perché l’accesso alla barca avviene direttamente dalla terrazza dell’hotel stesso.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Es sin duda el mejor hotel de la zona. Los trabajadores son encantadores y se come bien. Las habitaciones están bien, nosotros tuvimos una mejora de habitación y nos tocó una excepcional con vistas al Delta del Mekong que son un sueño.

La struttura, un po’ antiquata, è tenuta bene, le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La posizione è ottima se volete prendere il battello di Hang Chau per andare Phnom Penh in quanto parte sotto l’hotel.
Colazione a buffet ottima. Ottimo anche il ristorante.

Relaxing spot to take the boat to Phnom Penh
Pros:

Spacious, clean and great views over the river. Nice big pool and quality food at the restaurant (I was the only guest when I went for lunch!), as well as of course being super convenient to get the boat to Phnom Penh. Staff were all lovely!

Cons:

Only docking one point as it was a tiny bit noisy in my room facing the road, despite being assured it would be very quiet (with earplugs it was fine), and the pool area was a tiny bit dated and dusty. Still, the pool was a beautiful place to swim (just bring insect repellent) with helpful staff and good quality towels.

I had some trouble finding an ATM with cash the night before the Phnom Penh boat, so recommend sorting this out before the 11th hour as it wasn’t easy to just get cash out with the front desk as at some hotels. However, the staff did help me find another ATM option and tried to be as helpful as they could!

ks 4 sao ngay trung tâm châu đốc, phòng hơi cũ nhưng sạch. nệm lún mềm nằm đau lưng, được vệ sinh phòng hàng ngày

lúc mình tới thì sát bên có công trình thi công ban ngày nghe rất ồn dù đã được nhân viên sắp xếp đổi sang phòng xa khu vực thi công
