Relaxing spot to take the boat to Phnom Penh
Pros:

Spacious, clean and great views over the river. Nice big pool and quality food at the restaurant (I was the only guest when I went for lunch!), as well as of course being super convenient to get the boat to Phnom Penh. Staff were all lovely!

Cons:

Only docking one point as it was a tiny bit noisy in my room facing the road, despite being assured it would be very quiet (with earplugs it was fine), and the pool area was a tiny bit dated and dusty. Still, the pool was a beautiful place to swim (just bring insect repellent) with helpful staff and good quality towels.

I had some trouble finding an ATM with cash the night before the Phnom Penh boat, so recommend sorting this out before the 11th hour as it wasn’t easy to just get cash out with the front desk as at some hotels. However, the staff did help me find another ATM option and tried to be as helpful as they could!

ks 4 sao ngay trung tâm châu đốc, phòng hơi cũ nhưng sạch. nệm lún mềm nằm đau lưng, được vệ sinh phòng hàng ngày

Cons:

lúc mình tới thì sát bên có công trình thi công ban ngày nghe rất ồn dù đã được nhân viên sắp xếp đổi sang phòng xa khu vực thi công

Séjour enchanteur avec vue incroyable sur le Mékong
Pros:

Situation extraordinaire avec vue sur le Mékong. La terrasse, et la piscine, sont un enchantement ! Quel bonheur pour un verre dans la douce lumière du jour déclinant ou pour voir le soleil se lever! Le personnel est adorable !!! Les repas excellents. Vraiment très bel hôtel au charme un peu suranné.

Pros:

The classic vintage feel of this hotel makes it a fun stay. The rooms are spacious and ours looked out onto the Mekong Delta where we could see the floating villages and watch the river activity. The staff, especially in the restaurant, are amazing and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The hotel needs some work, especially the pool area.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful dining room/restaurant wait staff. Great location, central, with best views in town.

Cons:

The annoying and repeated upsell at front desk for massage and souvenir shop. It was really annoying and made us completely avoid them

When they could not supply speedboat transfer from Phnom Penh due to insufficient other customers, only options offered were private speedboat at more than five times the price or road transfer. They could have advised us of Hang Chau speedboat that leaves right outside the front door at half the price of the road transport (two people) and did a great job but elected not to.

A great experience.
Pros:

Third time staying at the Victoria, Chau Doc. It has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and feels more like home than a hotel. The staff treated us like friends rather than guests. The location is essential for the speedboat to and from Phnom Penh. All in, it's a memorable experience.

The most amazing view from my room and real olde world charm. A step back in time (but will comfort)
Pros:

I was upgraded to a suite which was a wonderful surporse. The views were spectacular.

The television in the room didn't work and couldn't be fixed.
