Comodo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto
Pros:

Hotel comodo vicino all'aeroporto di calama, sandwich molto buoni per cena. Offrono un cocktail all'arrivo, le camere sono ampie e pulite. Staff cortese

Cons:

Essendo un hotel di una catena piuttosto importante ed essendo situato a 2 km dall'aeroporto mi sarei aspettato una navetta da e per l'aeroporto stesso. Tra l'altro sulla pagina booking è indicata ma non esiste questo servizio. Suggerisco di eliminarlo tra i servizi a disposizione

Convenient business hotel for an overnight stay near the airport
Pros:

We stayed at Park Hotel Calama for one night before an early flight and it was a convenient choice for this purpose. The room was well sized, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hotel has the feel of a business hotel and is particularly practical if you have a car and need to be relatively close to the airport.

Cons:

We were given a room on the ground floor, which felt a bit like being in a basement as it was located below the reception level. There was also no lift connecting this area to the main floor. The hotel is quite isolated and located in the middle of nowhere, so having a car is essential as there is little within walking distance.

Great location for a night before flight (5 minutes from Airport).
Restaurant was really good
Breakfast abundant and available early (6am)

Cons:

Room was cold. Heating not working. Staff did not tell us at the check in (we discovered it only when we asked). Room was big and comfortable, but the temperature ruined everything. Not aligned with the overall quality of the hotel.

El hotel cumple con el objetivo básico de ofrecer un lugar donde descansar, pero la experiencia podría mejorar bastante.

Cons:

Solicitamos con anticipación colaciones para la mañana, ya que los pasajeros salían temprano, pero finalmente fueron entregadas durante la noche, por lo que no cumplieron con lo solicitado.

Las instalaciones también requieren renovación; se perciben algo antiguas y podrían actualizarse para ofrecer una experiencia más acorde con las expectativas actuales.

La encargada de recepción fue amable y tuvo buena disposición. Sin embargo, considero que falta mayor capacidad de anticiparse a las situaciones y mantener una comunicación más proactiva con los pasajeros y operadores. Estuve toda la mañana intentando comunicarme con el hotel y, al no obtener respuesta, incluso tuve que llamar a Santiago para conseguir un contacto. El único teléfono disponible era el número local. Cuando finalmente logré comunicarme, me informaron que el hotel había sufrido un corte de luz.

Por este motivo, sugiero que el hotel tenga un contacto alternativo o número de emergencia disponible para operadores y pasajeros, especialmente para situaciones imprevistas como cortes de luz u otras contingencias que puedan afectar la comunicación. Esto permitiría resolver los inconvenientes de manera mucho más rápida y eficiente.

En resumen, es un hotel funcional para pasar la noche, pero existen oportunidades importantes de mejora tanto en infraestructura como en comunicación y gestión de situaciones imprevistas.

El valor que se cobra, es más alto de lo que se refleja en la plataforma de booking, ya que ellos cambian al tipo de cambio del hotel, el cual es más alto.
