Teleurstelling
Pros:

Het bed was goed. De transfer naar het vliegveld.

Cons:

De check in duurde erg lang en ging ook helemaal mis ( we kregen sleutels van kamers die al bezet waren).
En we moesten onze bedbank zelf opmaken terwijl we de kamer voor drie personen hadden geboekt. Hierdoor zagen we ook dat het bedbank matras erg vies was.

Good experience other than 3rd party booking issue.
Pros:

Nice room that was clean.

Cons:

I was notified upon arrival that the 3rd party booking was canceled due to overbooking and had to start looking for an alternative hotel. I went and asked the receptionist if they had any cancellations. They found a cancelled hotel room and I ended up being able to stay at the hotel.

Good location, needs better customer service
Pros:

Great location with free shuttle to-from Atlanta airport.

Cons:

Rooms weren't properly equipped, had issues with the A/C and no one got around to resolving these until we had to call multiple times.

Mauvaise expérience en cas de soucis informatique .

Chambre de bonne taille avec 2 lits bons. et confort bien. la super . prises courant partout. bien.

arrivée a 5h26 pm et paiement immédiat demandé + un dépôt de garantie (pourquoi ?) l hotel n'avait pas internet pour visualiser ses réservations et plus de système. j'ai attendu 2 heures pour pouvoir avoir la chambre prête accesible, et je m'y suis rendu seul la porte chambre ouverte. ( pas possible faire clefs carte) car pas de système a l hotel,. je devais aller visiter qq chose a Atlanta downtown et j'ai du annuler. en effet recevant ma chambre a seulement 7h35 pm, sans clefs , je ne pouvais plus sortir ou je voulais (promesse de la réception m'appeler quand la clef oki (jamais fait )). je suis allé a côté seulement pour passer le temps . un souci , ca peut arriver ....mais la cela a été très très mal géré . la personne de la réception laissée seule. aucun responsable n'a montré son nez. aucune boisson ne nous a été offerte pour aider a patienter 2 heures ( après 11 heures de vol ......) . le point café vide le termos . moi qui suis un pur hôtelier ayant enseigné toute ma vie 2 choses essentielles ACCUEIL ET SOUCIS DU DETAIL, je ne peux pas comprendre cette façon de recevoir, cette façon de solutionner sans gestes simples, sans un " asseyez vous, je vous fais servir qq chose pour patienter", excusez nous etc..... 2 heures d attente. j'ai failli partir ailleurs. mais après 11 heures de vols + trajets . très fatigué. la chambre bien, mais la salle de bain a rénover. porte bois usées ( poncer et repeindre propre ma suggestion ) , rideau de douche tout déchiré au niveau de la barre en haut . ( la la honte ) j'ai trouvé ma chambre par déduction car pas de numéro sur le côté de la porte . il manque.

Zentral, sauber und mit Pool, in dem geschwommen werden kann, aber teurer Parkplatz
Pros:

Der Pool ist ein tolles Feature für alle die ein paar (kurze) Bahnen schwimmen wollen!

Cons:

Der zum Hotel gehörende Parkplatz muss extra bezahlt werden und ist nicht gerade günstig.
