False advertisement of free breakfast

Front desk person was very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Very disappointed with the misleading advertisement! The hotel clearly advertised FREE breakfast, but when we arrived, they tried to charge us for it. This is unacceptable and frustrating. Guests should be able to trust what is advertised when making a reservation.

If breakfast is not included, it should be clearly stated upfront. Honesty and transparency are essential to good customer service.

I am requesting that the hotel honor its advertised offer by providing the complimentary breakfast as promised or refunding any breakfast charges we were asked to pay. I also expect management to address this misleading advertisement and ensure that future guests do not experience the same issue.

I hope the hotel takes this complaint seriously and provides a fair and prompt resolution.

Run down and in need of major repair
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

It’s so run down and just in need of renovation. Broken flooring, missing doorway jams, very dirty flooring and piles of dirt in corners. All water fountains are broken and no ice to be found. I literally was there for 6 hours and therefore didn’t look for another option.

Pros:

The facility was dirty. Someone spilled a drink in the elevator. We shared with the staff that someone spilled their drink in the elevator, and they said it was above my pay grade and did not clean it up or get the right person to get it there it was there all night.

Cons:

I do understand that it was a storm, but I don’t understand that there wasn’t staff to be there to clean up just a basic miscellaneous debris off the property

I can't imagine staying here again at the price we paid.

Breakfast was solid. Lobby and Bar areas were refreshed and nice.
