Secured location with visible lights
When we first arrived, we were greeted by the security guard or parking attendant, who implied that a tip was expected, which I found uncomfortable. Additionally, the sink in our room was clogged, and the room had not been properly cleaned, as there were piles of trash left in the corner near the sofa.
Did not expect a lot ad this was a short stay due to flight cancellation. Ageing room and furnitures. OK for the purpose.

Very nice breakfast! but bad attitude towards black customer staff don't like to give service at all for stranger unless for a white person. Disrespect full was for me.
You have no pool that works all year. Summer is even a community pool open for free. So disappointing I thought I would swim at least tell the customer only Summer you will open your pool it seems in door in your advertisement.
This has always been a great hotel i remember staying at a Double Tree 🌳 many years ago and now, even after all those years it's a great place to stay doing a vacation with a family or even staying there as a loan traveler.
This hotel provided quality service with nice clean rooms and very nice bar and grill service too the food that was very good.
I also liked that the Hotel offered breakfast and the food was very good.
Proximity to airport, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean
Room was a little rundown - there's some broken areas in the bathroom wall and the toilet didn't want to stop running. But it seemed clean and comfortable and safe so that's the important part.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Thomas Darby who was the parking manager overseeing the hotel lot when I parked my car here when I went on my trip! I was very nervous about the security of the lot, but he was SO unbelievably kind, accommodating, and reassuring that my car was safe & he would look after my car the several days I was gone! I cannot thank Thomas enough and I would love for him to be recognized for his kindness and professionalism!
We needed a quick overnight stay close to airport because our flight was canceled and next one out wasn't until next morning. Booked this hotel as it was listed as 4 star. Got to hotel late (1130pm) and got to room immediately. We got checked in quickly and went to room. Definitely not a 4 star room. Bathroom had rusted brackets in shower from something that was removed. Tile was cracked or missing grout on floor, closet had holes where jobs had been removed but not filled. Next morning when we were leaving my son asked if a belt on floor was mine. It was not. It was from previous guest so really makes me question cleaning done in room. Would not stay again. Staff was also not helpful with finding food. They said there was nothing to eat bear there but I found fliers for 3 places that delivered until 2am.
