La Habitación que me Dieron era de un hostal, no de un hotel de 4 o 3 estrellas, estaba en una entreplanta, al lado del
Comedor y las escaleras con ruidos, sin luz y olía a tubería.
Pague una tarifa normal, no era ningún descuento. Pedi camabiarla
Y no quisieron. Es una vergüenza que un hotel tengo a una habitación con esas condiciones. No lo recomiendo y no volveré

Spacious room comfortable bed clean and tidy

Cons:

The cleaner didn’t wash and cups ( only one used ) we kept the room clean and tidy so very little to do really so I don’t think it’s much to ask for cup to get cleaned
No complementary milk for hot drinks coffee tea and sugar provided as well as water
The pillows were very hard resulting in both myself and husband having neck pain
