No es un hotel para parejas , es antiguo y no cuidan el aspecto decorativo en absoluto.

Great location , poor welcome from front of house .
Pros:

Its location .
Two members of staff deserve a mention for their friendliness and being helpful - Maria Del Mar in the breakfast restaurant and Isa who works upstairs . Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We did not feel welcomed by the receptionist who checked us in. We were allocated a most disappointing room on the 5th floor and requested a change to one which was only moderately better.

Ideal spot for a short visit
Pros:

Fantastic location in the old part of town, it has a great atmosphere. Close to historical areas of interest. The hotel itself is nicely presented, the rooms are nice and have interesting views. The staff are helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit lackluster but it's cheap and optional. After day 1 we found breakfast elsewhere, there are great options nearby. The pool was closed during our stay because of high winds. The bells of the nextdoor Cathedral ring every 15 mins which can be annoying late at night and early in the morning.

Céntrico y cómodo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro. Hay que ir con ojo en lo relativo a dónde poder parar para bajar maletas y en el recorrido a seguir para el parking (si se contrata). La habitación fue interior y mejor de lo esperado tras leer varias opiniones, sin ruidos ni ningún escalón y muy amplia. El desayuno se puede contratar de buffet o bien a la carta. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento.

Cons:

El recorrido hacia el aparcamiento y la maniobrabilidad dentro del mismo. Es una rampa bastante inclinada y los espacios requieren de algo de pericia.
