Nice place and staff.
Pros:

Location and staff were lovely.

Cons:

No coffee machine in room as advertised. Leaking sink in bathroom. I had to pull filter out of shower to stop it over flowing. I could tell it does this regularly by the state of the bathroom door arcitrives.

El hotel es bonito pero necesita manutención, el desagüe de la ducha y el lavabo perdieron agua...
Los detalles de la habitación tendrían qué estar mas cuidados... Es una pena

Tanto el trato como el hotel son de 9 ( nunca pongo 10)

Cons:

El parquing no esta en el hotel y no me gusta molestar. Solo fue un dia y esta bien pero si vas mas dias tienes que estar molestando al personal ya que te tienen que acompañar. Como subsanarlo? Haces pagar fianza y que te dejen el mando.

Fantástico hotel y ubicación

Puedes tocar la catedral (casi) desde la terrazas , nos dieron una habitación en la quinta planta donde está la piscina y el bar, genial

El bar

Me sentí estafado por la administración. Tuve una equivocación y reservé 1 habitacion de mas. Di aviso de ese error 24 horas antes. Sin embargo y a pesar de que ocupamos 3 habitaciones, me cobraron los 3 días de estadía en la habitación no usada .
Por otra parte las personas que atendían en la recepción tuvieron comportamientos claramente hostiles

L’accueil, le parking, l’emplacement

Cons:

Le restaurant et son mauvais service. Beaucoup des plats dans la carte n’étaient pas disponibles dès l’ouverture du restaurant. Le temps d’attente entre deux plats de presque une heure. Nous avons été complètement ignorés et sommes partis sans avoir complété notre repas. Aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de los camareros de la azotea sobretodo de Diego que nos atendió súper bien y no nos faltó de nada y le doy las gracias por la noche tan buena que nos hizo pasar♥️ y las chicas de la recepción súper majas también en general ubicación y todo súper bien repetiré fijo 🫶🏼
