Hotel Benedicta

Mi tiempo de estadia no cambiaron mis toallas, el desayuno continental solo son 2 panes, jugo y cafe, las camas super duras no son como se muestra en las fotografias

It was not modern but Mexican style cozy place. Good location, quite, safe but bit old. We satisfied to stay:)

This hotel's location is very good. Close to many attractions and restaurants and in a very safe area. It needs to have air conditioning, so be aware of that. I opened the windows but it brought mosquitoes in. Staff speaks minimal to no English.

I had a reservation for two rooms but lady at the front desk only had one, after I realized the second one was under my Dad’s name everything was sorted out, the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to be very happy that in fact I had two rooms booked, she just gave my registration to a gentleman, it was a little awkward, staff the following morning were more pleasant to be there.

No air conditioning. I could not rest well. That broke the deal. Everything else was ok. I will for another place to stay next time.

Good location and reasonably priced

Clean and quiet. The staff were helpful and tried to speak English as much as possible. They called our early morning taxi and carried our heavy suitcases. Helped with directions to places of interest.

Its great if you just need a place to sleep. It was quite loud outside the hotel at night since its next to a bar and the hotel hosted dance lessons. It was loud until about 2-3am. Everything looked old and the bathroom was clean to an extent. for the price, i couldnt complain too much but I wouldnt be coming back.

Lovely large older rooms. If the coffee was a bit stronger it would have been perfect.

PLEASE UPDATE MATRESS AND TOWELS, great neighborhood, on major street very noisy, no refrigerator/ac/heater

The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the actual rooms, they're in terrible condition, poorly illuminated and ventilated. The beds are hard and there are no extra blankets. The location is good and safe.

The pictures online do not match up to what the property looks like. The rooms are very uncomfortable and I don’t think I’ve ever slept in a bed so hard. The cement floor would have been the same firmness. There’s no a/c, which is fine because the room is cool enough but if you want to open the window, be prepared for dust and bugs because there are no screens. The hot water is iffy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, guess it depends on how many other people are taking showers at the same time. Noisy is an understatement. The walls are paper thin so I heard an entire conversation my neighbor was having at almost midnight. He even took his conversation to hallway and I had to go ask him to please be quiet because I was trying to sleep. People talking, horns honking, dogs barking it was loud. There is no phone in the room so if you even wanted to complain, you have to go to the front desk, which is super inconvenient at midnight when you’re already in bed. Very disappointed in my stay here. I wanted a place to be comfortable when I came back from exploring the city, but instead, I couldn’t even rest or relax. I don’t recommend this hotel
