Good location and Ocean view,
The ocean view from my room was a big plus and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The private beach access at Lagon 1 was also a great advantage. The staff were cooperative and helpful, and the breakfast was decent with a reasonable variety.
There were quite a few areas that need improvement. Wi-Fi access in the room was very poor, and there was hardly any connectivity. The TV also had no usable channels during our stay. The fridge was not particularly clean, and the room itself did not feel as clean or well-maintained as I would expect.
The bedsheets, comforter and blankets had visible stains and appeared not to have been washed properly. The corridors leading to the rooms were also not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell around the staircase area.
Another issue was the air conditioning. There was repeated water leakage from the AC. Initially, we were told this was because the window was open due to the ocean-facing room, but the AC continued leaking even after the windows were kept closed. The issue eventually stopped, but the cause was unclear.
I would strongly recommend not placing clothes, documents or other valuables directly underneath the AC. There is a table connected to the wardrobe directly below the AC, and our clothes almost got wet because of the leakage.
Overall, the ocean view, beach access and cooperative staff were the main positives, but cleanliness, room maintenance, Wi-Fi, TV service and AC issues significantly affected the experience. With better upkeep and maintenance, the hotel could be much more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially the sea-view rooms. It's fantastic, totally brilliant. That said, there were disappointments, sadly. Our room had one towel, no soap, no toilet rolls and no flat shoes. The bed's middle holding sticks kept falling, which was not pleasant at all. The first day we had breakfast in our room at no extra cost, which was awesome, but the second day the waitress rudely cut us off the phone and asked us to eat at the restaurant. In a completely rude tone. Sadly, when we ordered a meal inside, the service was too slow. Takes ages to be attended to and even longer for the meal to come. The view of the restaurant, though, is amazing. The buffet breakfast was poor and very limited. There are positives, though; the location is one of the finest if you're looking for a sea view and quick access to places, as it's in the city centre. The wifi is great. The place is very clean with helpful staff. The management needs to hire more staff. Overall, great hotel. I think its underrated. Maybe the hotel's website needs an overhaul because it does not represent the reality of the establishment. Great location.
The location is just awesome. Totally jaw-dropping
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Please do not go here. The hotel is very old and dirty. The bed sheets were old, and the towels were dirty. I couldn’t sleep because I was so uncomfortable. This was a very disappointing experience.

Nada que ver con el precio que se paga por noche! Totalmente desajustado y desafortunado. Viejo, sin renovar, la ducha no funcionaba (estaba rota), el desayuno muy justo en calidad respecto del precio y el nivel de vida del país. Y la atención del persona..., nula. Era una de las cosas que había leído en muchos comentarios: la buena atención y la simpatía. No la encontré por ningún lado! 140 euros por noche! Todo un disparate!
