A 3s hotel, expect very little.
Pros:

The room are very big, the bathroom is comfortable. Nice staff. Reviews are clearly a fake.

Cons:

It looks like a 3star place, the beddings are cheap. the breakfast is a joke, a toaster in the middle on the lobby, not even table sitting only the lobby sofas. The whole building looks so old and no maintenance, it is clearly falling apart. There doesn’t seem to be a real manager behind the operation of this hotel but rather like a side business for individuals.

The reviews are clearly fake, that’s what I disliked the most.

Park Manor Hotel: A very enjoyable stopover after a long flight, close to AIA, & very good value. .
Pros:

My lovely, warm, comfy room was exactly like the one in this photo. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the empire style is very traditional and suits the Upstate New York location, just a few short miles from Albany International Airport. The hotel is easy to find, there was ample, safe free parking, and the desk staff were welcoming and efficient at check in and check out. I got my room card and turned it back in just minutes. The bathroom is large and well equipped, and has a very powerful shower that was much appreciated after a long transatlantic flight. The icing on the cake was a very nice coffee machine with all I needed, including decaf roast coffee for a cup before bed! After a great night's sleep, I found delicious NY style bagels in the lobby's "selfservice"breakfast, and more excellent coffee.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. The stay was all I expected.

Been there 3 times in the last year, never had a problem. Well worth the price. Grandchildren love the pool access, and bagels in the morning.
