Our stay was great, however, there is a room for improvement but we had a good stay overall.

For the summer, best to be by the mall because the weather is very hot.

Just perfect… nothing more to add perfection
We were locked out of our suite even though we had paid for late checkout. While that was eventually resolved, the inconvenience continued—our electricity hadn’t been restored, and I had to call the front desk to get the lights turned back on. We also discovered the pool was closed for renovation, but only after we asked about it. The hotel does provide free transportation to the beach, though we didn’t use it as we had a flight to catch that afternoon. Breakfast was limited in variety, but the staff was courteous. The gym, though small, was well equipped and had an instructor on site.
Overall, our first stay at the Kempinski Dubai was quite a maddening experience.

Room was smelling cigarette. Staff was nice but did not solve problem. Executive lounge closed too early. Not allowed to take food form executive lounge. Took me wrong room when checked in. Very disorganized.

I would choose there again In the future.
As a solo couple who travel frequently and stay at luxury hotels every year (most recent being the Mandarin Oriental), I must say we’re extremely disappointed with Kempinski, a place we so looked forward to staying. Staying here for 6 nights at the Grand Deluxe (Suit), here’s what we observed:
- For a luxury 5-star, the air-conditioning is poor (we switched rooms, same issue).
- House keeping is not even as good as a regular 4-star hotel. They’ll disturb you every morning at 9:30 or so unless you have a DND sign on, and in that case, they won’t make up your room till late in the evening.
- Buffet breakfast is just average, nothing special. If you want to know what special is, check Mandarin Oriental.
- Hospitality is not even close to a luxury 5-star. From check-in to check-out, nothing special at all for the money you’re paying.
The list goes on but keeping it short, I wouldn’t be staying here ever again and spend my money elsewhere for sure!
Convenient location if you need to balance Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Private, good size rooms.
