Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, fussläufig zur Metro in ein paar Minuten. Großes bekanntes Einkaufszentrum fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr nett freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist sauber.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat lediglich die Zimmer in einem Stockwerk renoviert. Die Fotos dieser Zimmer werden bei der Buchung Zimmerauswahl angezeigt, man bekommt diese jedoch definitiv nicht. Dies ist bewusste Täuschung. Die restlichen Zimmer sind in einem sehr alten verbrauchten Zustand, auch wird in vielen Zimmern geraucht, es stehen Aschenbecher zur Verfügung obwohl das Rauchen eigentlich verboten wäre. Mir wurde zwar aufgrund meiner Beschwerde ein Zimmer in einem etwas besseren Zustand angeboten allerdings nicht das was ich gebucht habe.

Must-Stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Our stay in Istanbul exceeded all expectations. The hotel is very centrally located and extremely convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff’s friendliness and attentiveness—they go above and beyond to help in every way. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. This hotel is a great choice for both business and leisure stays. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. Thank you for everything!”

Teleurstellen en geluidsoverlast!!
Pros:

Kan niet echt iets noemen hiervoor

Cons:

Naast het hotel zijn ze bezig met het bouwen van een gigantisch appartement wat ontzettend veel geluidsoverlast geeft. Hierover is niets vermeld vooraf. Ook is het interieur toe aan vervanging dit is maximaal een 3 sterrenhotel. Sauna mag je gebruiken maar er is geen warm water.
