Wonderful place and attention to customer service. Mr Mee poolman was just a gem. What a lovely man who remembered our names everyday and made our trip all the much better. Hope you’re well Mr Mee!

Its our last night at the Rawi Warin , Koh Lanta and what an incredible stay we have had.
The hotel is stunning, excellent facilities, beautiful beach and delicious food. Above all though, are the incredible staff. Everyone of them welcomes you with warmth and a smile. Without fail, every day you are made to feel welcome and special. Our, housekeeping team kept our room immaculate and made us chuckle with a new towel animal every day.
The amazing Mr Mee, at the stream pool bar makes sure you want for nothing and remembers everyone's name!!! He made our holiday so special. Thank you , Mr Mee!!

Immaculate hotel and top class service. Lovely beach and gardens which are well maintained. So much voice on the breakfast buffet also. Every staff member welcomed you with a smile.
Support local families by eating out as there are lots of restaurant’s within walking distance if turning left or right out of the hotel or grab a tuk tuk right outside cheap. Along with the out of hotel dining options

Mr. Mee the pool man was lovely made our experience fantastic couldn’t of asked for better service the food and drinks are amazing couldn’t of found a better place to stay big thank you to all the team here especially mr.mee the pool man he definitely deserves a pay rise

Stayed at Rawi WarinResort for 4 nights during our travels around Thailand. This was the best so far.
A lovely hotel for families and couples. Lots of children here. Sunbeds were always available whether it's pool or beach.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast has a fantastic choice.
Mr Mee at the poolside bar is a welcoming happy face. All the staff at Rawi Warin were lovely but Mr Mee would brighten up anyone's day. Knew everyone by name and made you feel you were the only one he was serving. A great asset to the team.
Our room was 759 and was very high up. Even though there are carts to run you back and forth, I think asking for a lower room would be a great tip.

This is a beautiful Hotel, with landscaped gardens, peaceful setting, pools and own beach. Food/accommodation lovely. The staff are smiley and very helpful.
There is lots to do in the day, relax by sea/pool, enjoy the lovely food, work off some energy at the gym, table tennis, pool.
Other beaches just 20 minutes away, if you want a change.

We had an amazing stay at the resort and the staff could not be any more helpful especially Mr Mee and staff at the pool bar who always went the extra mile to look after us 😁 Many thanks

After being traveling Thailand for 15 days our last accommodation was here on Ko Lanta. And did we enjoy it here!!
We arrived on December 31 and joined the New Years diner. This was spectacular with delicious food, dance and music and fire and fireworks on the beach.

Our special thanks to all the employers of the Rawi Warin resort, they are all so kind en professional and especially to the amazing pool manager Mr. Mee. What a kind and lovely man he is.

Our family met up here for 11 days having traveled from UK and Australia to celebrate the new year. The hotel and staff were fabulous. The hotel is stunning but is made 5 star by the staff. A stand out for us was Mr Mee who managed the pool bar , what a great guy goes above and beyond remembering your name greeting you each day. Nothing was too much trouble, would have no qualms recommending this hotel.

This hotel is far from five-star standards.
The rooms are in desperate need of renovation.
The staff were very unprofessional. During breakfast, our table was cleared while we were briefly away at the buffet.
At the pool, staff took our towels while we were still swimming and lost our hotel room key that was inside them. Instead of getting us a replacement, they told us to go to reception ourselves—while we were standing there with a wet, shivering child.
Despite traveling with a small child, we were placed in a room that required climbing numerous stairs, with no consideration for accessibility.
The shower had no water pressure. On three occasions we had to call a technician because there was no water at all, leaving our child standing there with shampoo in his hair.
When I asked to speak to the manager, her response was that the staff “didn’t do any of this on purpose,” and to use drinking water to wash his head.
Reception staff also struggled to understand or speak English when we raised these issues.
Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience that does not justify a five-star rating at all.

Me and my family had a fantastic week at this beautiful resort. The location is second to none, we had a beautiful view, and all the facilities were perfectly maintained, making it an ideal place to relax. We also celebrated Christmas at the resort and had the best buffet dinner ever with probably more than 100 different delicious dishes. Also, the breakfast at the resort was exceptional, the best we ever had at a hotel.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from the entire staff and especially from Azeem. He's a super nice guy and great at his job- he was very attentive, ensuring everything was taken care of effortlessly. The personalized attention truly made our holiday extra special.

We highly recommend Rawi Warin and would love to return. Warm greetings to the amazing staff at Rawi Warin!

It was an amazing! Everything was such a good experience! The service was amazing, and the breakfast was a dream come true! Azeem was fantastic, positive, helpful, and made me and my family! Feel amazing and so welcome in every way!

An excellent hotel with very attentive staff, very relaxing, large pools and direct access to the beach. Rooms can be quite high but very accessible and prompt shuttle service. many thanks to Mr Mee and the staff well done for all your efforts and the excellent Christmas party!!!

We went to Koh Lanta for part of our honeymoon and stayed at Rawi Warin. This week was one of our highlights of the trip. Our pool sunset villa was not only large but had an amazing view from the infinity pool. While the room was great, what made the experience perfect was the staff, specifically Mr. Mee, the pool man. We made a personal connection with him, not only did he learn our story and took genuine interest in our trip, but every time we sat for dinner or drinks he made sure we had the best service. Rawi Warin is worth it if Mr. Mee is there.

We had a lovely week at the beautifully laid out resort of Rawi Warin. From the breakfast buffet to dinner and special barbecues - everything was splendid quality, served with dedication and attention to detail and with a smile to top the experience.

A special thanks to management and staff for making us feel so welcome. And a shout-out to Mr Mee at the beach bar, Mr Rut at the breakfast buffet, Mrs Yaya and Mrs Benz at the spa (sorry for not remembering or noting down all the other lovely staff).

And please keep the hilltop pool such a peaceful and quiet spot!

We recently visited the Rawi Warin for 10 days and it was pure bliss! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left we were treated like royalty by the staff, especially Mr Mee who greeted us on our first night and went to the effort of learning all our names and room numbers.
He made sure our stay was perfect, going the extra mile to secure us the best table at the bbq and buffets each time we attended. He works incredibly hard and honestly our stay wouldn’t have been the same without him!
All the food at the hotel was fantastic, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we could need.
We are already planning our next trip back to the Rawi Warin and can’t wait to see Mr Mee again!

Had an excellent stay with my family and relatives. Very friendly staff, always greeting, helpful and asking about our stay. Hotel rooms very clean and nice view. Celebrated my husbands 50th birthday and they did this incredible thing where they decorated our bed upon arrival, a complimentary cake at breakfast and at dinner. Delicious food at the hotel and beach restaurant, especially the thai food and chicken nuggets. At departure I forgot some expensive jewellery and they gave me a notice that they had found it and were able to assist me in sending it back in a safe manner.

Myself and my daughter (22 years old) have just spend 6 wonderful days at the top class hotel. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the facilities were excellent - the gym, pool, bars, breakfast. Our room was beautiful and had a stunning view of the resort and beach (room 523). It is a walk uphill to and from it, but there was always a free car and driver available to take us and pick us up.
