Pros:

Ideale, ruhige Lage, bequem vom Hauptbahnhof mit dem Bus in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle in der Potsdamerstr. ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück.

Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, ruhige Lage. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Super Frühstück. Gute Anbindung zur U-Bahn.

Cons:

Dusche sehr unpraktisch, das Wasser läuft bis in den Flur. In der näheren Umgebung kann man leider abends nichts unternehmen.
