Beautiful room, quiet, and great location.
Valet Parking was $60 in the welcome email and online, it actually ended up being $70, plus tax it was $87. I might have chosen to have been dropped off since I live locally. Also was told I would get a welcome drink, and when I asked the employees about it they said they knew nothing about that.
What began as a weather-forced backup plan after our Leavenworth trip was canceled turned into a truly memorable four-night stay at The 1000.
The location, rooms, and facilities are excellent—but it’s the small things that set this place apart. From staff proactively collecting our bags straight from the car before check-in, to housekeeping leaving the room immaculate every morning, the attention to detail is remarkable. Need ice, water, or even a shaving kit at odd hours? Delivered promptly with a smile! A live 24×7 text chat handles all personalized requests effortlessly if you don’t want to get on a call.
Thoughtful touches are everywhere: a handy multipurpose tool in the room, umbrellas available at the door, housekeeping staff who know guests by name, and the freedom to order off-the-menu cravings at the Allwater and the Rosebay. Add to that the genuinely warm smiles from every staff member, valets greeting even random passersby, and the charming synthetic snowfall outside for Christmas.
It’s these little things that transformed our unexpected detour into a Christmas stay we won’t forget.

Beautiful hotel came up for the December 18th game of Seahawks and rams
Well nothing really but we had to walk from amtak to hotel and had my 79 yr old mom and her scooter broke down before we left home and she huff it to the hotel like a pro
Nice room, comfortable beds, very quiet. Loved the Swiss Chalet themed bar area, friendly staff
Didn’t feel like the floors in our room were as clean as they should have been.
The tub is great, the water view was great.
Staff were friendly.
The location was very good.
Attention to detail. The toilet paper holder in our room was falling off the wall. There isn’t an option for a late night snack.
The hotel was nice. We had a room on the top floor. It was spacious and lean and had a great bathroom with large tub. Lounge area in the room was also big enough for multiple people to sit and hang out. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Had crib for baby with baby care products included.
The golf and spa centers were closed for a private event so we could not make the most of the facilities.
There was supposed to be a $25 credit voucher per a message from Booking.com, but the hotel did not honor it.
Parking is SUPER expensive $60/n +tip. But we literally found parking at a meter across the street from the hotel. But it would be annoying if we weren't only there for one day because we would have had to move it during business hours during the week.
