A comfortable stay
Pros:

The room was good and clean. The hotel location was great but I would appreciate it if they have more than one restaurant within the hotel

Cons:

Work with Booking.com to confirm the payment made in advance by the guests so that you won't have to double charge the guest again during the course of staying at the hotel

Sehr gutes, stylisches und nicht zu teures Hotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schick, stylisch und sauber. Ich hatte zu meinem Zimmer auch Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück gibt es im Restaurant "All Water" neben dem Hotel, man gelangt direkt von der Lobby dorthin. Das Frühstück war zwar à la Carte, aber ich konnte mir so viel bestellen, wie ich wollte, es war alles in der Buchung inkludiert und kostete nichts extra. Das ist wirklich bemerkenswert und toll. Hotelfrühstück ist in den USA sowieso recht unüblich, aber so ein hervorragendes und umfangreiches Frühstück ist selbst für europäische Standards sehr außergewöhnlich.

The room was clean the bed was comfy, the pillows were nice, and the decor was pretty.

Cons:

I had picked a water and City view and only got a view of the building across the street. On the hotel website it says that there's a pool and a hot tub ((not just for spa use) when I got there I was told it was only for the spa and there's no pool. It took until after 8:00 to get the refreshments that I had previously arranged ( confirmed in the email when I booked ) prior to arriving. And there's no room service available. The valet area is small and difficult to maneuver. And there were cracks in the tub on the side and cracks in the bathroom door.

Cons:

留まった部屋は、窓からの景色は隣のビルの窓でした。リクエストすれば景色の良い部屋に留まれると思います。

Nice place and location was perfect. Wasn’t as private as I wanted.
Pros:

I liked the room and view and cleanliness.

Cons:

2 times staff tried to come in our room with the door placard on PRIVATE!!! Do not disturb!!! Yet one came in and another tried the next day. Wtf!?

Very beautiful hotel, but for the price the service and staff should have been more accommodating

Beautiful room, quiet, and great location.

Cons:

Valet Parking was $60 in the welcome email and online, it actually ended up being $70, plus tax it was $87. I might have chosen to have been dropped off since I live locally. Also was told I would get a welcome drink, and when I asked the employees about it they said they knew nothing about that.

Need ice, water, or even a shaving kit at odd hours? Delivered promptly with a smile! A live 24×7 text chat handles all personalized requests effortlessly if you don’t want to get on a call.

Thoughtful touches are everywhere: a handy multipurpose tool in the room, umbrellas available at the door, housekeeping staff who know guests by name, and the freedom to order off-the-menu cravings at the Allwater and the Rosebay. Add to that the genuinely warm smiles from every staff member, valets greeting even random passersby, and the charming synthetic snowfall outside for Christmas.

Well nothing really but we had to walk from amtak to hotel and had my 79 yr old mom and her scooter broke down before we left home and she huff it to the hotel like a pro

Nice evening spent after Seahawks game and flying back to East coast
Pros:

Nice room, comfortable beds, very quiet. Loved the Swiss Chalet themed bar area, friendly staff

Cons:
