Good breakfast. Effective air con. Comfortable beds.
Gave us a double when we booked a twin, then we had to wait.in bar while they changed the room. Leaking pipe in bathroom. Long stairs too and from metro with broken escalators.

L’emplacement était parfait et le lit très confortable
L’hôtel est vieux, les chambres très peu équipées et semblent laissées à l’abandon… la chambre sentait la poussière, les meubles sont très vieux et abîmés (la porte du meuble dans lequel se trouve le frigo ne fermait pas), la porte de la salle de bain est abîmée (il manque un morceau), le joint du lavabo est troué, la baignoire semble avoir 50 ans… La température de l’eau sous la douche n’arrêtait pas de changer, 1 seconde elle était bouillante et la seconde d’après elle était froide. La clim ne semblait pas fonctionner (avec 35°C à l’extérieur, au dernier étage, ce n’était pas agréable).
Il y a bien mieux pour moins cher dans le coin
Le personnel est adorable et très serviable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec une superbe vue sur la Défense. C'était propre.
Le petit déjeuner est à ne pas manquer. Première fois de ma vie que j'ai envie de manger du saumon fumé si tôt dans la journée, et je me suis régalée.
Le parking en sous-sol est un gros plus, propre et sécurisé.
Hôtel à deux pas de la station RER, à un arrêt du Palais des Congrès, super pratique.
La moquette a besoin d'être lessivée. Une trace de brûlé de fer à repasser sur le bureau.
La salle de bain manque d'entretien. Les joints du carrelage au sol sont partis, les dérouleurs à papier toilette obsolètes et pas très hygiéniques. Pas de sac poubelle dans les poubelles. Et le support du pommeau de douche qui ne va pas tarder à se décrocher... Des petits détails, mais pour un établissement de ce standing on s'attend à mieux.
The staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and appreciated. The breakfast was great and location was awesome too.

Room was very spacious and very clean, hotel within easy walking distance of metro , quick check in and check out.
Room was above rail line and motorway through the area. Room was close to elevators and they were extremely noisy in my room.

The Gym is a joke! Not a single dumbbell, too depressing and dull.

L'hôtel est bien situé , près d'une bouche de métro qui nous emmène facilement au centre de Paris. La literie est très confortable. Et la chambre est très bien insonoriser. Nous avons pu dormir dans un calme absolu.
le petit déjeuners est vraiment somptueux. il y a un choix énorme .
Le seul petit bémol de cet hôtel c'est peut-être le manque de sourire du personnel à l'accueil.
