I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Paris La Défense,
The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options. The bar is perfect for relaxing in the evening… Esperanza at the front desk for her kindness and helpful attitude.
Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.

Thierry is a fantastic host! He made the breakfast experience truly enjoyable with his warm and friendly service. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend – a great start to the day!

Excellent hotel for La Defense area but also a convenient location for Paris in general as 20 mins from Gar Du Nord and so easy to get to on the new (nicer) metro line. Great, spacious and clean rooms with good of WiFi. Didn't use the gym but there is one but no pool. Very pleasant bar area and superb location. Polite staff and good service.
Doesn’t feel anything like a 5 star hotel.
Unfriendly on check in- arrived at 2pm, told room wasn’t ready which we had no real issue with. However they charged us €3.50 (per piece) to mind our luggage when we went to get something to eat. We arrived back at 4.20 and they told us check in wasn’t until 5pm!! We argued this and they relented and gave us our keys-we have no idea why they didn’t want us to check in before 5pm even though the room was ready.
Charged us another €3.50 (per piece) to hold our luggage on check out, while we waited to depart to the airport.
We have never been charged for this before in any hotel we’ve stayed in. Disappointing given that it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.
