L'emplacement car proche de la défense Aréna

Cons:

Pas d'accès au spa ( soit disant inaccessible ce week-end), mauvaise organisation général ( hôtel bien remplis ce week-end suite au spectacle proposé a l'accord Aréna). File d'attente de 15 minutes avant d'accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner. Place de parking 1er arrivé, 1 er servit !!!( 100 places de parking selon les dires de l'accueil pour 300 chambres )
Salle de bain vieillissante un rafraîchissement serait bien. Literie un peu creusée. Tarifs en accord avec un 5 étoiles mais pas du tout adapté à ce que nous avons trouvé.

Réception conseille de préciser si on prendra petit dej ou non car hotel complet par souci d anticipation
Accès petit dej jusqu'à 11h
On s y présente a 10h15 et la mauvaise surprise une file d attente interminable juste pour rentree dans salle restaurant.
Nous sommes parties sans prendre de petit déjeuner
Frais additionnelle de taxe régionale 28e non annoncée.
