I stayed at this hotel for an extended period during the middle of a heat wave. Overall, it's a good option for business travelers. While there aren't many amenities geared toward tourists, the location is convenient, and the suite I was given was fairly spacious.
The breakfast was good, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
My only real complaint was the air conditioning. I understand that the city was experiencing an intense heat wave, but even on the milder days, the room remained uncomfortably warm. Better temperature control would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Le mobilier qui devrait être modernisé
Les femmes de chambres étaient respectueuses et courtoises, très à leurs affaires.
L’hôtel est vieux et aurait besoin de rénovations(pour le prix), les portes sont cassés voir grinçantes la moquette est sale et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé (suite familiale donc enfants présents) de manière approprié. Les douches ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce calibre; il y’a imperfections de nettoyage (sûrement) apparentes.

Le personnel du bar/restaurant n'est pas sympathique et avenant (en rentrant d'un concert nous avons voulu y aller pour regarder le match et boire et manger quelque chose, les 3 serveurs sont passés une dizaine de fois devant nous sans nous calculer malgré nos sollicitations, et quand enfin ils ont daigné nous adresser la parole suite à l'insistation de mon amie, on a demandé s'ils avaient des choses à manger et ils ont dit que non (il était écrit dans l'ascenseur que lors du match il y aurait un écran, des bières et des planchettes), nous leur avons dit que même des petits snacks du style olives ou chips nous convenaient car nous n'avions rien mangé avant le concert et on nous a sèchement dit de commander room service, nous avons demandé plus de détails car nous n'avions pas vu dans la chambre le dépliant pour le room service, et le serveur est littéralement parti parler avec son collègue, nous nous sommes rendus à l'accueil pour demander au monsieur présent qui nous a indiqué le numéro du room service, nous avons appelé une vingtaine de fois et n'avons jamais eu de réponse, nous nous sommes retrouvées à commander uber eats à 1h du matin)
