The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are friendly and go the extra mile . George Tzoukmanis is the restaurant manager, he runs the restaurant well , the service and food were excellent. I asked other happy guests to sign a thank you card , and they were very willing to do so .

The indoor pool was cold, although it was said to be heated, and the gym.
Eleni at the quest relation was super.Any request we had before arrival she make more than expected.
Prima hotel, helaas was het wat drukker dan gehoopt.

The meet and greet, check in was quick. Reception staff were friendly and habe good information. Bar staff person "Olga" was very nice.
The room. It's was more like a 3 star transit room in Bld 2. The TV was in the other room from the bed. You couldn't relax with the TV in bed. It was just two sofas..
The food of an evening, as we were B n B we went for the evening Asian Fusion meal at a cost of 25 Euros per head and were very disappointed .
It was all warm, not enough for the cost, the cost was exorbitant for what you had. The 25 Euros per meal, was we assume for all inclusive, even though you had to buy your own drinks. 50 Euros for the pair of us. If we'd of known I think we'd of gone to The Flying Pig.

Lekker ontbijt met veel keuze. Prima bed. Groot terras en zonneweide bij het zwembad. Gratis water en fruit bij de receptie.
Enorm gehorige kamer. Ik hoorde alles uit de kamer naast me en ik hoorde een continu gezoem van de luchtafvoer. Het hotel is enorm massaal en druk. Ook de ontbijtzaal leek wel een fabriekshal. Het interieur van de kamer is prima, maar heel basic en de tegels op de vloer zijn een beetje smoezelig.
Had great expectations for the chance I took & raiding my community chest for 1 week All inclusive & while some mild positives - decor, presentation, food (occasionally!) I feel there is something lacking to make this place a great buy :
Superior Room - almost brand new & beautiful view but … massive space wasted with only one “comfy” chair inside, towels provided are for small adults, Smart Tv needs instructions which would also be useful in room including how to contact reception especially when lift out of use!
2 loungers & 2 garden chairs on balcony but … no light & dark after 6pm
Breakfast starts day well If down early but .. dinner don’t go late as food cold & lack of choice on dessert & minimal cheeseboard
Entertainment highlight was bingo compered by Grant (one of the guests - was fab) while main guy was out chatting up girls … also Freddy Mercury tribute Monday place was mobbed no seats but … no tribute, instead an acoustic set of depressing covers
Also football advertised being shown - carrot dangled for most blokes but … Pigs can Fly or should I say Flying Pig & I must add hotel T&C this is NOT part of All Inclusive despite being promoted and attached
Anyway if you’re gonna open hotel to almost capacity end of Feb - start March then have more staff, entertainment, be prepared, open all facilities thanks 3 star is more suitable
