Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The slides and things for kids was great! Good food and a lot of variety each meal. Rooms are clean

Cons:

The property is a bit old. Smell of mold in some walls (not in the rooms, in the public areas like stairs), smell of sewer sometimes from the bathroom. Except for that the floors and sheets are clean

Very good overall
Pros:

Very good breakfast buffet.
The size of the room was very big.
There was also a fridge in the room which was handy.

Cons:

There was just a big bed in that big room.
An extra chair, a sofa or a table would be useful.
The TV wasn't smart. Only Cypriot channels were available.

מלון 3 כוכבים ותו לא, יחסית משתלם למחיר כי עונה על הצרכים הבסיסיים, אבל בהחלט תודעת שירות לוקה בחסר.
Pros:

מיקום טוב, קרוב מאוד לקניון. אחלה של בריכות, אוכל יחסית מגוון בארוחות הערב. בבוקר אותו הדבר כל יום אבל לגמרי אפשר למצוא מה לאכול (בעיקר למי שלא שומר כשרות). הזמנו חדר סוויטה והוא היה יחסית מרווח וגדול.

Cons:

הזמנו חדר סוויטה עם מרפסת, והמרפסת הייתה עלובה מאוד בלשון המעטה - "נוף" לחלק האחורי של המלון, לבניינים של הרחוב ממול, קצת מזכיר את דרום תל אביב או עכו..המרפסת הייתה מלוכלכת, כיסאות ושולחן מפלסטיק, וצרה מאוד. היתרון של זה היה שקט כי היא לא פנתה לבריכה.
בנוסף, היינו שם שבוע, וביום הראשון הייתה הצפה באמבטיה, ולא התייחסו אלינו ברצינות עד היום רביעי שם, וגם אז איש התחזוקה לא באמת תיקן את זה, וכל יום היינו מסיימים מקלחות עם רצפה ספוגה במים. לא חוויה נעימה בכלל.

I will not repeat this visit again
Pros:

I would like to thank Mr. George for his always helpful during breakfast and dinner, he was very kind and thoughtful.

We really enjoyed our breakfast and dinner because of him, without Mr. George we will not even go down and have our meals.

Cons:

Unfortunately we have changed our rooms 4 times during our stays for 6 nights, once because of bad smell in the toilet, other because of aunts , thirdly because of noice for the rooms which have a pool view, you feel like there is no insulation even if the windows are closed.

To be very honest and fair, i think this hotel is a 3 stars not 4.

All toilet should have walk-in showers.

The location is perfect, safe and near to everything.

Good, not 4 star quality
Pros:

It was clean and staff were friendly and WiFi worked well and the shower was really good and the air conditioning worked

Cons:

It should not be a 4 star hotel. It’s a perfectly good 3 star hotel, and I would have given it an 8 or 9 if they had marketed as 3 star. But they have none of the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Their food was generally not great, either at breakfast or dinner (I didn’t have lunch here). They even have a charge to use the locker in the room and are weirdly picky about how frequently you can change your swimming pool towels (every 3 days max).

Cons:

Bad smell on the reception, a lot of ants in the toilet, very old toilets, if you have any complaints no one can assist you after 5 o’clock because the reservation are not working from 5 to 10 other day.
The showers are below expectations, you can’t sleep if your room near to the swimming pool, music is too load especially at night.
Very bad experience and will not be repeated ever.

Great value for money
Pros:

The rooms were clean, food was good, snack bar was nice, the pools were more than enough for us, the A/C in the rooms and the dining room was good.
Very close the big mall.
Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Could be nice to have a shower instead of a bathtub but it wasn't such a big deal.
The mattress was very soft wich I don't really like, I like a firm mattress but that's only a personal prefrence.
Also, we thought we'll get one sofa that is open to a bed but it was 2 sofas that we needed to move around ao it will be like one bigger bed.
Again, not a big deal, just a suggestion for the hotel :)

המלון קרוב מאוד מרחק 400 מטר מקניון קינג אבניו , יש תחנת אוטבוס בקרבת המלון שבה אפשר להגיע לים ולהרבור , הבריכה חייב לציין אותה לטובה גם יש שני אזורים , אזור של מבוגרים כביכול ואזור למשפחות עם הפארק מים
אנחנו היינו עם תינוק בן 10 חודשים אז בלילה הראשון נתנו לנו חדר עם הפנים לבריכה של המבוגרים , אחר כך החלפנו לצד השני ואסביר , עד שעה 23:00 יש הופעות ושירים ממש חזקים שמקשים מאוד מאוד לישון אז לכן מאוד קשה אם אתם מחפשים שקט תבקשו חדר שפונה לפארק מים , מבחינת האוכל יש מלא לאכול למי שלא אוכל כשר יהיה לו קל , אנחנו אמנם לא שומרים כשרות אבל לא אוכלים חזיר , כמעט בכל דבר יש חזיר , אם זה בפסטה אפילו , בחביתה בבוקר , אז שימו לב , אני הסתדרתי עם השף ועם המנהל ג׳ורגיו וכמעט כל ערב ביקשנו אוכל בהתאמה אישית ועשו לנו מה שרצינו , לסיכום המלון במיקום ממש ממש טוב , נותן תמורה מלאה למחיר באמת שווה , אבל אם אתם מחפשים להתפנק זה לא המקום, אנחנו רוב היום היינו מחוץ לחדר אז היה חשוב לנו שיהיה בריכה , וקרבה למרכז וזה מה שקיבלנו , רוצה לציין את ג׳ורגיו על שירות 10/10 תודה לך חבר

אני אתחיל ואדבר על החדרים , מיושנים למדי , המזרון רך מדי , נכנס הרבה אור הוילונות בחדרים לא חוסמים את אור השמש אז זה בעיה כדאי להתייחס לזה למי שמפריע , מבחינת הרעש מהחדרים שפונום לבריכה של המבוגרים , מי שמחפש שקט זה לא המקום אתם צריכים לבקש חדר לצד השני היות ועד שעה 23:00 רעש חזק מאוד של הצוות בידור , המיטות בבריכה נתפסות בשעה 6:30 בבוקר , רוב הבריטים שמים מגבות ואף אחד לא מפנה את המגבות כדאי לשים לב , האוכל ברובו עם חזיר שימו לב , אבל יש מענה כמי שאמרתי לאוכלי הלא חזיר

Cosy, family friendly, worth every euro and want to come back later.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet quarter about 15 minutes from two major points - the harbor and the Tomb of Kings, and 5 minutes from a major shopping center.
The rooms are very cosy and clean, with doors for parent privacy.
The food is amazing. The cuttery and desserts are highly recommended.
The front desk staff was more than helpful as we planned attraction, sweet and multilingual.

Cons:

The sofa beds are a bit short for tall people like myself and my teenagers. But that's just us.

Really good stay! Value for money, clean, good restaurant, entertainment.
Pros:

Exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, good location, ample parking, large double bed, great variety at dinner and breakfast@Alexander restaurant. Saturday entertainment programme was a bonus (we stayed for one night only).
