Close to the center. A massive plus that there is a lot of dairy free milk options - almond, coconut etc.!!! Friendly staff. Overall happy with the stay

Cons:

Need to improve cleanliness. Would be nice to get slippers and bathrobes. Towel deposit is quite expensive 20€ per towel . Outside pool could be heated

Hotel całkiem niezły.Pokoje duze,czyste, najlepsze te na 4tym piętrze.Łozko i materac jak najbardziej w porządku

Słabe udogodnienia dla wózków inwalidzkich.Brak toalet zeczywiscise przystosowanych by wózek inwalidzki mógł swobodnie sobie wjechać i skorzystać z toalety.Animacje słabo.Nie wiem moze w sezonie lepiej to działa.Jedzenie ok i to tylko tyle odnośnie jedzenia.Najgorsza rzecz która była flustrujaca to zajmowanie leżaków.Hotel nie powinien pozwalać na tego typu zachowania.O 6tej rano mnóstwo leżaków niestety było juz pozajmowane a najgorsze jest to ze Ci ludzie w ogóle z nich nie korzystali, po prostu ich nie było.Chore żeby drugi nie mógł skorzystać..

Great value for money, beautiful hotel and grounds, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Pros:

Friendly staff,
Food was good,
Decent sun loungers,
Clean and tidy grounds and throughout hotel.

Cons:

Bedroom’s were exceptionally hot as they don’t put air con on til May.
Rooms abit dark, maybe needs a ceiling light aswell as a wall light in bedroom.
Entertainment wasn’t the best but it is early in the year. Definitely needs some activities in daytime around the pool and the music on without having to ask would be good too.

Our Mayfair Hotel Experience
Pros:

Brilliant experience
We stayed for 5 nights, the hotel was very clean, beautiful, modern and deceptively big. The food was excellent, there were different cuisines on different days and the variety was fantastic.
The staff were excellent and customer service was on point! The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable, it was a really good hotel to spend our anniversary! There was themed entertainment every night.
Big shout out to the beautiful ladies at reception - Michelle, Eleanor and Keira, who were extremely helpful and were able to assist in arranging the use of the conference room for my online hearing for work, whilst out there. Fantastic job, not a bad word to say at all - would definitely return, 10/10!!!
