Great value, great staff, not the best beds.
Pros:

Amazing staff, very clean room, modern and clean bathroom in the room, great breakfast.

Cons:

Worn out and sagging mattress in our room. Crowded facilities.

despite all the hickups we had (minor things) we ended up having a great time, and staff were very kind and helpful! lov
Pros:

loved the location, the staff, the restaurant/food, the pools everything was great!

Cons:

didn’t like that you could hear everything through our room door (drunk people coming up the elevator talking really loud and kept waking us up a few times).
And the baby crib I requested was broken (torn completely off one side) so I had to improvise, my toddler ended up banging his head on the cabinet when moving at night in his crib. I didn’t say anything as we were only staying for one night. And check out was 12:00, and at 11:20ish we had a maid walk in our room without knocking (thankfully we were decent). And a universal problem, the towels being on all the pool beds to mark as “taken” when there was nobody there, resulting in us being there with a baby having no where to sit.

The location was great.

Cons:

​"The bathroom was an absolute disaster. No matter how careful you were while taking a shower, the entire bathroom and toilet floor turned into a lake. I have never seen such a disgraceful hotel in my life."

המבחר בחדר האוכל היה מרשים ומגוון, יש מועדון לילדים, ויש מגלשות מים לילדים ואפשרות לשדרג את השהייה להכל כלול. המיקום לא רע - כ-20 דקות הליכה לטיילת או 7 דקות לקניון
החדר היה מרווח ונעים
אחרי שהתלוננו על היתושים, קיבלנו מהמלון מרחיק יתושים חשמלי ששיפר את המצב אבל לא פתר אותו לחלוטין

ה WIFI היה איטי מאוד וכל הזמן התנתק, יומיים הטלפון בחדר לא היה פעיל מה שגרם לנו לכל דבר ללכת לקבלה,
המלון די פופולרי אז בכל פעם שהיינו צריכים איש אחזקה חיכינו מעל ל-20 דקות עד שהוא הגיע
הניקיון יכול להשתפר בעיקר בנושא האבק
יש גם בעיית יתושים באזור אבל היא לא קשורה למלון עצמו
בגלל שהמלון פופולרי, יש שעות שבהן לא מומלץ להגיע לחדר האוכל כי העומס גדול והתורים ארוכים
המזרון היה רך מדי ברמה נוראית וזה הרגיש יותר כמו לישון על כרית פוף

הכל היה מעולה. מבחר עצום של אפשרויות בכל ארוחה. החדרים נקיים, הצוות שירותי, אנושי ונעים. עזרו לנו עם מתאמים כי לא הגענו מוכנים.
מלא פעילויות לילדים, בריכה נקייה ובריכה עם מגלשות לילדים קטנים. מיקום נוח ולא רועש מדי, 4 תחנות אוטובוס מהנמל.

Not a 4 star.
Pros:

We arrived from Agia Napa, also stayed in a 4 star hotel and the difference between the 2 is huge. Mayfair were packed, I understand it’s half term but it felt like they have more rooms than table in the canteen. It was a canteen, felt like a camp. I liked the plants, garden area. And the cleaning/reception staff were nice.

Cons:

We arrived at 6 and wanted to use the pool, been told it’s closed as the lifeguard left. All the signs says pool open until 7. If that’s the case, change the signs, or have lifeguards until 7 all year around…
The gym itself were okay ish, but the way there were shocking. Wall peeling off, damaged basement stairway. One morning there was a poo (possibly cats?!) on the hotel staircase. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast mostly english, I appreciated the alternative milks though. Hard boiled eggs were not hard. Queuing to get a table. Pool was murky in the afternoon, i guess because the crowd. It’s stated not to reserve sun lounges before 10, i saw towels everywhere by 7:30…shower was awful. Location was not nice, saw 2 guys exchanging drugs at the corner…It was a disappointment and not 4 stars at all. I don’t understand all the reviews thats what made me book this place. Glad we only stayed 3 nights.
