Cons:

Disposable everything. Breakfast with plastic forks and paper plates. ‘Good breakfast’ apparent just means some sweaty eggs, bacon and potatoes.

Also windows don’t open, bathroom could do with some low lighting. Coffee in room was undrinkable

They tell you that the hotel is overbooked, but offer to help by arranging a room at another Hilton property at a higher rate. However, they then refuse to cancel your original reservation, claiming that you arrived after 11:00 PM. As a result, you may unknowingly end up paying for two hotel rooms. And the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Most of the food had already run out, and hardly anything was left. And the breakfast was extremely disappointing. I filed a formal complaint, but after six weeks, the matter remains unresolved.

Pros:

We have stayed at a Hampton Inn & Suites before, and what makes these hotels a reliably good choice for our family are the breakfast self-service, along with the pool. This place was great for both.

Cons:

The pool did not always have towels available, but the staff was always doing their best to stock the rack.

Great experience with everything. Location wax good facilities were great. Pool and hot tub awesome. Breakfast had everything you needed to get your day started. Staff were professional efficient and pleasant

Cons:

A bit expensive for the three nights we spent there. The shower stalls could use some sprucing up. There were spots of mold in the caulking and shower door tracks.
