Great Find in Buda
Pros:

Novotel Budapest was a great find for our Budapest stay, and we absolutely loved our 4-night stay here.

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, which made it a great choice for a longer stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the beautifully lit Parliament from the hotel lobby. We could enjoy the view late into the evening, and seeing the Parliament illuminated until around 11 PM was truly special.

The front desk staff were polite, helpful and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. The location was another big advantage—the hotel is very close to both the metro and tram stations, making it extremely convenient to explore Budapest.

Located on the Buda side of Budapest, the hotel is particularly convenient for visiting Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion, both of which are quite close.

We also loved the colourful and vibrant lobby, which had a really nice atmosphere. Having a SPAR supermarket nearby was another little convenience, especially during a 4-night stay.

The surrounding area felt safe and pleasant, and overall, the combination of spacious rooms, convenient location, lovely views and helpful staff made this a hotel we would happily recommend for a Budapest visit.

A great stay and definitely a find worth considering in Budapest! 🇭🇺❤️

Great location first class service
Pros:

Brilliant friendly service from the time we arrived. The rooms were spotless but a little dated. The views were breathtaking looking at Parliment house. This hotel is in a great location and there restaurant was first class we ate there every night. The restaraunt manager and staff were first class. This hotel is outstanding because of the service it delivered.

Good Novotel stay as usual
Pros:

Everything you expect from a Novotel - clean, inexpensive, nice bar and friendly staff.

Only minor gripe - the housekeeping removed our towels one day and did not replace them, aside from this all good.

Our room was a bit tired ,can’t say I thought much of room cleaning, only bed made and bins emptied

Breakfast had plenty of choice but some days rather busy so had to wait until they had put more out

Superb location
Pros:

Excellent location, close to everything you can walk to! Large room. Did not have breakfast or use the fitness so can´t rate. Clean rooms and nice bar in lobby.

Absolutely perfect location, unbeatable view of the Parliament building, tasty food in the restaurant, very varied buffet breakfast, and the staff throughout the hotel are extremely polite and helpful.
