Ei niin tyytyväinen
Pros:

Hotelli yleisilmeeltään oli siisti ja viihtyisä, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja näkymät upeat suoraan Parlamenttitalolle.

Cons:

Huoneen kuvauksessa sanotaan, että huoneessa on ilmastointi. Seinässä olikin säätimet ja selkeästi ilmastointiaukko mutta se ei toiminut. Ilmoitimme hotellin respaan, että ilmastointi ei toimi ja yllätykseksemme vastaus oli ettei heillä ole ilmastointia huoneissa laisinkaan. Huone oli tuskallisen kuuma ja ratkaisuksi tarjottiin tuuletinta huoneeseen taikka ikkunan avaus. Toivoimme ikkunan avausta jotta edes ilma vaihtuisi huoneessa, mutta tätä ei todennäköisesti toteutettu sillä huone oli yhä kuuma illalla saapuessamme takaisin huoneeseemme. Myös muut hotellivieraat valittivat huoneiden kuumuudesta.

Vessassa tai eteisessä kokovartalopeilin vieressä ei ollut pistoketta suoristinta varten, vaan pistokkeet olivat sänkyjen vieressä tai huoneen kulmassa kaukana peilistä mikä hankaloitti hiustenlaittoa. Vessassa oli pistoke pelkästään partakoneille. Erikoinen ratkaisu myös huoneen suunnittelun kannalta oli se, että vessa ja pesutila oli jaettu niin että yhdessä huoneessa on pelkkä pönttö ja lavuaari viereisessä.

Mă întorc de fiecare dată cu aceeași plăcere la acest hotel! O locație de vis, vis-a-vis de Parlamentul Ungariei, aproape de metrou și stația de tramvai. Servicii impecabile.

So gostei da localização

Cons:

Quarto pequeno, exaustor do wc sem funcionar.
Quando contratei o hotel estava escrito ar condicionado, porém ele nao estava funcionando.
Quarto quente, insuportável. Cortina nao veda a luz.
Solicitamos a necessidade do ar e do conserto do exaustor porém nada foi feito.
Estou decepcionado com minha estada

Widok z okna z pokoju na Parlament 10/10. Personel Hotelu 1/10

Najpiękniejszy widok z okna w Budapeszcie.

Cons:

Niestety ten hotel dostaje od nas jedną gwiazdę. Mimo komforowego pokoju i przepięknego widoku na parlament obsługa tego hotelu zepsuła nam cały pobyt. Byliśmy w hotelu w dniu wyborów i spodziewaliśmy sie pewnych utrudnień, ale obsługa nie zrobiła nic by gościom ułatwić pobyt w ten dzień. Podróżowaliśmy z dwoma psami. Za pobyt każdego psa zapłaciliśmy po 20 euro. Z trzech obsługujących mnie osób, ktore wzięły pieniądze za psy nie wpadły na to żeby nas poinformować, że okna naszego pokoju są wprost naprzeciwko miejsca gdzie świętowanie zwycięskiej partii będzie się odbywać. Absolutnie podzielam i rozumiem radość Węgrów. Ale impreza z bardzo głośną muzyką trwała do 5 rano, aż szyby się trzęsły. Moje psy biegały po pokoju ze strachu. Obsługa nie zaproponowała zmiany pokoju z drugiej strony hotelu gdzie byłoby ciszej i bardziej komfortowo dla zwierząt. Wynajęliśmy ten hotel ze względu na odkryty, prywatny parking przed hotelem gdyż mamy wysoki samochód. Dzień przed przyjazdem poinformowano nas, ze parking będzie zamknięty ze względu na wybory. Dostaliśmy informację, że o północy będziemy mogli przeparkować auto na ich parking, aby uniknąć mandatu parkując przed hotelem. Oczywiście o północy dostaliśmy informację, że jest to niemożliwe, a na pytanie co mamy teraz zrobić obsługa wzruszała ramionami. (Aplikacja do zaparkowania samochodu nam nie działała). Niestety, ale w takim miejscu, w hotelu o takiej klasie i za takie pieniądze oczekiwaliśmy dużo większego profesjonalizmu od obsługi i wiem, że nie na wszystko mają wpływ, ale choć odrobina chęci pomocy i empatii i zwykłego przepraszamy byłoby wskazane. Nie polecam! Zwłaszcza jak podróżujecie ze zwierzętami.

The view was worth every penny! Nice location and facilities. Room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary drinks in the mini bar for the executive suite. Great place to stay for first timers in Budapest. Thank you for a nice stay!!

Cons:

Restaurant food wasn’t very good for the price paid. Otherwise, everything was great!

A comfortable evening in a hotel with a good reputation turned into a very unpleasant experience
Pros:

The location of the property was great, on the Danube right across from the Parliament.

Cons:

The room I was given was a family suite even though I booked for a single person. The room was located in the back corner on the top floor next to the staff closet and with no view. I asked if I could be switched to a smaller room with better views and lighting but they claimed to be full. The air conditioning was not working and neither the refrigerator. It was an unusually warm day and the room was very hot. The staff said the ac was not turned on yet. Needless to say it was a very uncomfortable night of sleep.
