The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like one of the mattresses that you buy in a box. There was marks on walls, don't know from what. The smoke detector had a piece hanging from it. One outlet wasn't secured into the wall. We did point that out to the front office person. I don't know if they were going to do anything about it.... but a child could easily get electrocuted.
We are longtime customers of Hampton. We rented 3 rooms for a wedding. The pool was completely green and closed. The carpet was so dirty. One of the rooms had a towel stuffed between the a/c unit and the wall because it was open to the outside and bugs and lizards could get inside. The a/c in another room was not wired properly and kept cutting off. We have always been pleased when we stay at Hampton, but this was the worst experience we've ever had.
Air in the rooms was awful, the pool looked like a nasty swamp, the food was mediocre.
Breakfast was great
I was double charge as they said they were having issues with the system but they were going to reimburse me in a month, that was on March 1st, now is July 29th and I have not received my reimbursement.

The room could've used a little more attention as far as cleaning. The beds were nice, comfy, and clean. The shower had 3 pieces of hair in it, and the tv area was so dusty that I wiped it myself. I wasnt told that the gym was supposed to be closed. The door was unlocked, but some of the equipment did not function properly, and since there were no cleaning wipes, I went to the front desk, and thats when I found out the gym was supposed to be closed. I would not have rented at this location had I been told the gym was closed. Otherwise the room was comfortable, and we rested well, so I would still go back as long as the gym is upgraded before I go back.

I really enjoyed my suite.
Never had the breakfast due to my own time constraints but it looked good. Unfortunately, the foyer coffee was just tepid in the evening and I couldn’t access any channel on the room TV, but minor points. A good hotel overall with very friendly staff.
I booked a hotel on the 20th and on the 21st, 22nd. I canceled it and I got charged 1 night stating I needed to cancel before the 17th I didn’t book until the 20th of June, Unacceptable.

Tue front desk folks were great; however, The cleanliness was far less than you should expect. Someone had raised the toilet seat and urinated everywhere. We didn’t notice this until we were moved into the room. The bed was clean and comfortable but we not only did not walk on the floors without shoes, we bagged our slippers to wash once home. There was very dirty grout and a noisy air conditioner. Our king bed room had the obligatory cabinet (TV, desk, drawers) with a chair; however, the remaining floor space (normally filled with a chair and lamp) were empty. We were told all their king bed rooms are like this.
I’ve already share
The pool was green and gross. When you see a pool in the pictures you kind of expect them to have a working pool. This pool has broken for quite some time because I stayed there the last time I was in town over a month ago. Very disappointed it was still broken.
The room was missing furniture, the carpet was damp, everything felt sticky, missing some towels.
The staff at this hotel is amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Nicole. She was super friendly when getting me checked in and made sure my stay was outstanding. She even made sure the fitness center was open and well stocked with fresh towels and bottled water. I travel a lot for work and the staff here really made my stay enjoyable.
It was okay. I endured as I was a bit shocked when i arrived. This was not the typical experience and Hampton Inn or Hilton Honor I am use to seeing. I just equated it with the area. But, for the price I truly expected better. The pool was very unclean looking no pumps. The breakfast wasn’t anything like what I’ve had at a Hampton Inn even during Covid. Ice machine broken on 1st floor. Loose cords running from the stairs to the floor. I brought a guest and I literally felt embarrassed about my choice of stay.
Very comfortable room, but in need of some minor maintenance. A/C unit in room pretty noisy. Nice hot breakfast. Pool did not seem well maintained. Location of hotel is near shopping and food.
