Pros:

There was a decent breakfast. The area was quiet and so was the room. The staff was very nice and accommodated us in a late check-out, which we really appreciated after a long flight from Italy.

Cons:

We were a party of five, which is why we booked a “suite.” However, the pull-out sofa was probably the most horrendous one I’ve seen and horribly uncomfortable.

We absolutely would go back as we loved the place.
Pros:

Staff was the best we have ever encountered, so friendly and efficient, willing to do anything to make you feel welcome. Every area was clean at all times.
Nice outdoor lounging space as well.

Cons:

We loved everything !! Just suggesting the bed to be a little softer.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Room was very spacious and comfortable! I could live there if I had to. Bed was great. Everything was clean. Shower was great. Staff was very friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and efficient.

Don’t count on an early morning airport shuttle
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms

Cons:

Shuttle service at 3:30 am never arrived. Almost missed flight. Two front desk managers (Jennifer and Sam) confirmed 3:30 am. We arrived in lobby at 3:15 am. Shuttle never arrived. Had to find where front desk manager on duty at 3-4 am was to no avail and when he showed up and failed to get shuttle there had to force getting Marriott to pay for uber that had to substitute for the failed shuttle and the ineptitude of the 3 am manager. Rude, incompetent and will never stay there again. How can an “airport hotel” screw up this badly? Property is great , early morning manager is incompetent.
