I paid £178 For one night, they didn’t serve us breakfast we had to pay £21 each person for breakfast that was disappo

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was disappointing. I arrived around 10:30 p.m. after a long and tiring journey and was hoping for a quick and welcoming check-in. Instead, the receptionist was not friendly or helpful, which made an already exhausting day,I hope the hotel can improve its customer service, especially for guests arriving late at night.

Friendly staff comfy bed nice pool

Cons:

Air con in room didn't work and the hotel had a horrid sewage smell to it. Only stayed 1 night so didn't complain.
