Lady was just rude
Pros:

It was a great location

Cons:

The price was a lot higher than I was quoted in the app. The extra fees were not mentioned in the app and when I was checking in I told her that and they totally blew me off and said have a nice stay.

Horrific
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Terrible destination!! Poor service in hotels and casinos. Worst experience of my life.

Cons:

The staff, facility, lack of military appreciation and utter disrespect towards my family and I!! Oh and did o mention it was my son's eleventh birthday!! Thought that maybe we could see the mountains and walk the trails. But no!!! Over priced and couldn't even afford to get home because of the price inflation!!!

Cons:

The shower had no water pressure. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a dirty sock that didn't belong to us. Fir the price it was definitely not worth it

Police siege of the hotel was unique

Police standoff with suspect barricaded in room. While the situation wasn’t the fault of the hotel, the staff response was terrible

All elevators were shut off so people who were on oxygen tanks and walkers were forced to climb stairwells to their cars in the upper floor parking garage. There were alternatives, as one staffer gave us the code to get to the service elevator. I can’t believe anybody didn’t die of a heart attack. They looked like they were seeing a bright light and it wasn’t police flashlights.

No other staff members were directing ANYTHING. I know maybe they can’t prepare for something like this, but they could have come up with a plan over the HOURS this lasted.

What did the hotel do for us as guests? Absolutely nothing

Too many small things went wrong which for the price I would have expected more.

Clean and beds were comfortable

Cons:

Not a good pet relief area, coffee machine in room didn’t work, hair dryer was broken off wall, some of the staff wasn’t friendly. Although booking.com quoted $960 I ended up paying over $1300 because of $75/night pet fee, which is way too high for a 12 pound doggie.

I don't have enough words to convey my disappointment

They refused to let me stay wouldn't honor my booking

Cons:

The lady that was working was the absolute worst customer service employee I've ever encountered in my entire life.. stay somewhere else this chic is hateful awful person follow me floor to floor making sure that no one else would let me stay with them either. I'll just because I was trying to use the I. D that is on my phone under ID me, and it has always worked before. It is my literal government. ID just downloaded on my phone and approved by the government. It has worked every time I've ever stayed in any hotel or anywhere. She just wanted to be power thrusting.Probably her first management job.I hope it's her last too
