I don't have enough words to convey my disappointment
Pros:

They refused to let me stay wouldn't honor my booking

Cons:

The lady that was working was the absolute worst customer service employee I've ever encountered in my entire life.. stay somewhere else this chic is hateful awful person follow me floor to floor making sure that no one else would let me stay with them either. I'll just because I was trying to use the I. D that is on my phone under ID me, and it has always worked before. It is my literal government. ID just downloaded on my phone and approved by the government. It has worked every time I've ever stayed in any hotel or anywhere. She just wanted to be power thrusting.Probably her first management job.I hope it's her last too

We always stay here, it’s always clean and comfortable
Pros:

The hotel was great, my only complaint is for the casino. We played for an hour and never saw anyone in our area giving drinks. We ended up going to buy the piña colada and it was watery, I’m guessing that had something to do with the machine.

Cons:

The shortage in drink servers at the casino is my only complaint

Did not enjoy and will not stay at horseshoe again
Pros:

Location is great right across street from monarch and a short walk from lady luck.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. trash and madication left on floor vents overflowing with lint and dust and the AC Unit did not work. Had to sleep with window open to cool room down.
