Room was clean, bed comfortable. Casino good.

Cons:

Not enough hangers in the room. Had to ask for more. Telephone wasn’t working told the front desk but no one ever came up to fix it. Took the do not disturb sign off door, but they didn’t come in to clean the room or pick up the dirty towels. Needs a restaurant that serves full breakfast items, not a good selection of items in their little cafe.

charged $11 + for early check in and it was only 20 minutes before 4pm.. ridiculous. It was our anniversary, I asked if there might be a complimentary breakfast or something special and was answered with a quick NO, not no sorry or anything, just NO. The bathroom shower was very slow. Very difficult to get the shampoo out of my hair. The toilet flusher wasn't working properly and the sink had a big crack along the whole thing and drained very slowly. gross. Will not return or recommend. Very dissatisfied....

The staff at the front desk were not helpful 😢

She sent us to a convenient store 5 miles away when we found one the next day next to the post office a half mile from the hotel.

Sink faucet was loose and water leaked all over the top of counter.

We requested room service when we checked into the hotel everyday to replace towels and take out our trash.
The maids did not do our room, we were there 3 nights 🤔😥

When I went to find a maid, they did not understand English. I had to help myself to the cart and get what I needed every day. It was very frustrating

Had a lot of fun but the room was not up to the quality I feel I paid for.
Pros:

Convenience of location, easy access to casino and other properties.

Cons:

My room had leftover trash including a security tag with needle sticking up. Bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet or blankets it was just layered sheets.
