Did not enjoy and will not stay at horseshoe again
Pros:

Location is great right across street from monarch and a short walk from lady luck.

Cons:

The room was very dirty. trash and madication left on floor vents overflowing with lint and dust and the AC Unit did not work. Had to sleep with window open to cool room down.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff were great in regard to being helpful kind and courteous. Felt safe and secure. Loved we could open the balcony doors for fresh air.

Cons:

The rooms were delapitating. Seemed run down
Comfort was poor. From the bed, bed sheets to the tp.

We had to leave early because of my lung cancer.

Cons:

We requested a room near the elevator so I didn't get low on oxygen. But she was so busy fighting with a lady about a free coupon for father's day I don't think she even listened to me or my husband.

The staff was great.

Cons:

Elevators were horrible some worked and u could get to your floor most of the time you had to jump off and try another one so frustrating. Rooms just ok.
