Easy to get around and parking was easy
Room didnt have enough towels
Said there was gonna be 4 adults only 2 sets of towels
Shower soap dispensers were broken had to fix and put back on wall
The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from a casino hotel! The room was comfortable and clean! The food was good and the waitress at Roxie's went out of her way to find me a cinnamon stick because I couldn't find any cinnamon (good luck =).
Service at JJ Brew Brothers was extremely slow, but it seemed like the one bartender was also the food runner and the waiter for the entire restaurant/bar! They were obviously overwhelmed and irritated.

Lots of parking. Room was good. No view.
Check in took forever and there were two clerks with one guest at each clerk. I was almost ready to leave except the room was paid for.
The sit down restaurant was ridiculously SLOW. We ate there2-3 times. The fast food side was closed for breakfast.
The water was cold. Don't expect to take a hot shower. We tried multiple times and the water was lukewarm at best and NO waterpressure. Items were open then positioned like it wasnt (coffee condiments, soaps etc). Very questionable cleanliness of our room. The blanket was like a glorified sheet- so if you are cold don't expect to warm up. We paid $600 for a room last minute and it was a "luxury" room... it was NOT a luxury room. It had a door that connected to another room and from 6am to 10 am all we heard were kids screaming and chaos. Horrible experience.
