Very disappointing!
Pros:

Worst hotel experience Ever! For my wife's birthday we took advantage of the 2 nights free offer on my card. Did it online and received a conformation # for $38.00. I clicked on an upgrade site and by mistake clicked the wrong box. Site would not let me cancel my choice, so I called the Hotel and told them I did not want the upgrade. They said they would make a note on our reservation but charged me $230 for the upgrade that we did not use or want. My wife and I can't walk very well but they gave us the farthest room from the elevator we could get. This was the worst Hotel experience We have ever had!

The room was nice and the food was good

Cons:

The men's restroom in the lobby area was pretty dirty when we arrived at around 3pm and with it being my fist stop set the tone for me but was happy to find that was the only dirty thing at the time. I take it as the cleaning service has not made it to that area yet.
