It was a nice hotel and casino. Clean rooms and hotel.

Cons:

Housekeeping! There wasn't any for the two nights we stayed. No cleaning of the room! There was Housekeeping but, not for our room!

The worst place I’ve ever been, even worse is the amount that we paid.

Nothing, it looks abandoned. The pillows were the worse. Staff members very rude, it’s the worst place I ever been to. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great location

Cons:

The price was a lot higher than I was quoted in the app. The extra fees were not mentioned in the app and when I was checking in I told her that and they totally blew me off and said have a nice stay.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Terrible destination!! Poor service in hotels and casinos. Worst experience of my life.

Cons:

The staff, facility, lack of military appreciation and utter disrespect towards my family and I!! Oh and did o mention it was my son's eleventh birthday!! Thought that maybe we could see the mountains and walk the trails. But no!!! Over priced and couldn't even afford to get home because of the price inflation!!!
