Pros:

The staff was very friendly in the front desk. The room smelled like pee . Awful smell . We got no room service. Until we requested it on sunday finally. The room was not clean. The walls were dirty. The carpet was filthy.

Cons:

The smell of the carpet.. the whole room smelled by. Good thing I had a candle and lysol and deodorizing, spray.

Hotel came with the Heater cranked to max, impossible to cool down and wasn’t able to check in till 4:30 am the next day after I got there in the morning same day I scheduled my stay for.

I never checked in and have resolved to never check in at Lady Luck. Thanks for asking.
Pros:

When I was attempting to check in the person I dealt with was excellent to interact with, when I asked to speak with her supervisor he was pleasant.

Cons:

I booked through booking.com and hidden in the booking.com site it mentioned a resort fee and that fee raised the price of the room to a price I was unwilling to pay. I felt Lady Luck was indifferent to my concern about the somewhat hidden resort fee. This concern was with the supervisor and booking.com and with the resort fee not being prominently displayed on the website. Lady Luck chooses to work with booking.com and not properly address my concern with the resort fee. Incidentally the fee on booking .com is less than what Lady Luck was actually going to charge me. In short the indifference to my concern about the resort fee.
