It was comfortable for the night but def not a great experience.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

A/C was not working spent a lot of time trying to get staff to help us with the situation, they brought us a fan, helped a little. The bathroom had blood splattered on the door and the ceiling.

I would never stay here again.
Pros:

The bar tender at the Zephyr was great! He served everyone one on the gaming floor quickly. The slot machines payed pretty well.

Cons:

It was very hard to sleep because the room was way to warm. Only one of the two elevators worked. The fridge was barely cold. The coffee maker was broke. The hair dryer didn't work. The staffs response time to fix the issues was terrible. I called to report the problems at about 8 a.m. and they still weren't fixed by 4:30 p.m. So I called again. They finally came. Brought a new coffee maker and left the broken one. Removed the in-op hair dryer and just left the new one on the counter. The fan they brought to help with the heat sounded like a helicopter was in our room when it was on the lowest setting. There were no restaurants to get breakfast, only the taco bar and it closed early.

Overall it was pleasant. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, I could hear house keeping knocking on doors all morning.
Pros:

Loved the bathroom sink

Cons:

Had to walk all the way across to Horseshoe to check in, then all the way back to find our room. Directions to actual rooms are slightly confusing.
