It was OK for an up-and-down trip

The quiet room

Cons:

Elevator was very shaky. The room was very bland. The comforters were very thin. I expected a little more for what it cost. There was no room service or anything couldn’t find a pool or any amenities.

Cons:

House keeping tried to push our door open at 8am. They knocked and entered didn't even announce themselves. I kept yelling when they knocked "HELLO". NOT HAPPY....Check out is by 11. They shouldn't be barging in before that! Also ligjt in the bedroom was going out it was like a strobe light...

I will never go back to this hotel it was the worst experience I have ever had
Pros:

They had no air conditioning did not offer and kind of solution they offered me a fan but then they didn’t have any fans available. Maintenance said he would check if horseshoe had any but never came back with a fan and then told us to just leave our door cracked for air. We ended up leaving a few hours after checking out and I still have not received a refund or anything because I booked through booking.com but I stayed at this hotel they should have offered me a refund no matter what

I didn’t like how they handled this situation and told me they would give me a fan not knowing if they had any to give.

Clean room, friendly staff, safe

Cons:

Late check in with early check out, cost was not on par with check in time. No microwave, requested a view & it was of the parking lot. Will not go back over Friday-Sunday as checking for mon-thurs is 11, not 4
