Impiana KLCC Hotel

I had a truly pleasant experience at Impiana KLCC Hotel.
I was traveling with my child, and the team was incredibly thoughtful in allowing me to check in earlier, which made things so much easier for us. That kind of understanding and care really means a lot to parents.
A special thank you to Karen and Ridzuan for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond by also upgrading my stay to a Club Room, which made our visit even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to guests truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Location is very perfect!!! It has covered linked bridge to Pavilion, metro etc, and underpass to Suria KLCC mall , so no worries if the day is wet,
This area is safe too!

Ambiance in the hotel lobby is cozy too, with a grand piano (not sure guest can play 🤪) feel good! And the pastries at the cafe are yummy too.

The room is spacious and it’s clean, Pillow is firm enough for me 👍🏻😊 , room service was good, bottle water were granted freely.
Gym room is spacious with adequate workout equipments.

Lastly, counter staffs are friendly too, especially Ricky , I have requested for a nice room, he managed to get approval and surprisingly upgraded my room with nice twin towel view , thank him and the manager for the pleasant 3 nights stay. 🙏🏻👍🏻

If you’re looking for a base in Kuala Lumpur that puts you right in the thick of things without breaking the bank, Impiana KLCC is a great choice. I recently stayed there and it delivered on convenience and comfort.

The absolute best part is the location. It’s right in the heart of the city, and being connected to the fully air-conditioned skybridge is a perfect. You can walk to both Pavilion and Suria KLCC in minutes without breaking a sweat or getting drenched in a shower.

You are practically neighbors with the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s only a 5-to-7-minute stroll away, which makes catching the fountain show at night or getting those iconic photos incredibly easy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room size. It felt much more spacious than your typical city hotel, with plenty of room to lounge and large windows that offer some pretty good views of the skyline.

The housekeeping team deserves a mention. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless throughout my stay, which always makes a huge difference in feeling settled.

Great spread—everything from local Malaysian favorites like Nasi Lemak to classic Western options.

Try to snag a room on the higher floors; the view of the Twin Towers at night is absolutely magical!

The staff are great here we have been well looked after following a accident in the hotel by Ms Raihan and Mr Hadi.
All the staff have been supportive afterwards and ask how i am daily.
Ms Karen as always goes beyond to ensure our stay is special . We have been using The Impiana for many years and will continue to do so whilst we can.

The Impiana is a fantastic hotel, it's location is brilliant with access to KLCC and Pavilion and MRT.
The best aspect of the hotel is the staff they are so attentive and supportive,
Particularly Ms Karen the duty manager, who goes above and beyond to make your stay special.
Her team are a credit to her.

The reception very polite and helpful. Everyone at reception what i meant. Room view very fantastic and the room is clean. The only problem is the toilet door always jammed and i always hurt my finger when i try to open it but not a big issue. After all the hotel locations on top. Hope i can come again here.

We went for a short trip on last December, it is very convenience because there is an entrance direct join to LRT link bridge without crossing the road. The room is clean and nice , specially thanks to Aidhel who helped us upgrade our room as he noticed we bringing our 5 years old child and many luggages. I must say he is so KIND.
Aidhel provided excellent services, he is friendly and approachable. Another thumbs up is he able to speak Chinese (he is Malay), it is good for those Chinese speaking tourists especially festival seasons. Though I am local but I feel touching too. The breakfast is quite delicious, it is a blended of multicultural cuisine that able to fulfill all people, satu Malaysia. Just a little trouble is the parking a bit squeeze and less, it is not a big issue, you will find a place anyhow.

I was about to cancel this non-refundable booking since I've got into accident 2 weeks b4 the check in date. Then, we thought we just give it a go. Fortunately, it turned out just fine.
The spacious room made me moving around at ease with wheelchair, there were handrail & shower seat in the bathroom, the bell boy also helped me get into the room along with my 3yo daughter & our luggages. On our 2nd day, the housekeeping did clean & replace new items for our room. They got varied breakfast choices & the dining area was accessible for wheelchair/stroller. The fluffy croissant & the smoke salmon was kinda hard to forget.
I was not getting out much & not able to fully utilize the facilities. The local , sport , AXN & movie channels kept me occupied.
The only time I was getting out, was to the link bridge, it was connected directly to the hotel. I was truly impressed by the covered & air-conditioned bridge that link the travellers from KLCC to Pavilion. It was a perfect start for travellers to explore the city.

Super convenient to walk to KLCC or Pavilion mall. Shout out to Mr. Aidhel who made the checkin process fast and friendly. Gave us a room upgrade and club access, made our stay much more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Mr. Johari, the Duty Manager, and Alif at the front desk for their outstanding hospitality. They were very professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a warm smile.

Their excellent service truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!

We stayed at the Impiana KLCC Hotel in Dec/Jan. We were allocated a Club Room on the 19th floor with amazing views of the iconic Petronas Towers. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, thanks to the hard working housed keeping team.
After a long and tiring flight, it was lovely to be welcomed with warmth and friendliness.

The reception team were extremely cordial, sincere and polite. Check in was very quick and easy.
Syafiq who meets and greets guests is friendly and genuine. He is very knowledgeable and a caring person. He always looks after us and has deep kindness. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. He is a true gentleman. Chika, Syafiq no.2, Johari and Ferris at reception were all very welcoming. Mahatir, Azman and Rudy were friendly and always eager to help.
Ms Karen, the reception manager is a wonderful, friendly and very approachable person. She is amazing with the guests and sorts out issues with ease. She listens and communicates very well and goes the extra mile to make us feel very special.
Breakfast at the the Tonka Bean is superb with a wide variety of sumptuous, mouthwatering food for every palate. The team at Tonka Bean always welcomes us back with warm and sincere friendliness. Ain at the dining room reception always greets us with the greatest respect.
Ms Cornia who manages the Tonka Bean Restaurant is a calm, decisive and hands on manager. She does not just delegate but leads by example by personally clearing and cleaning tables ready for other guests during a very busy breakfast time. She is very pleasant, cheerful and approachable. Selvan, the F&B manager and Mr Amin always have a friendly and enjoyable chat at breakfast and makes sure we are well looked after.
A Hearfelt thank you to the entire Impiana Team for making our stay so memorable especially as it was our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We can’t wait to return to the Impiana KLCC Hotel.

Allif and his manager Mr. San gave us bery good service. It looks Allif is so much experienced in his job. Will recommend everyone to go to his desk to have the good services.

Stayed here a few years ago and when I returned was happy to book again. Very central and staff are all very friendly. We had a very early flight from the uk and they allowed a very early check- in and a room upgrade.

Worth going for the club level.

Room was a little tired but didn’t spend much time in it.

Very central location. Right next to the KLCC. Walking distance to major malls like Pavilion. Rooms were great.
