Impiana KLCC Hotel

got the suite for a business trip. we were a couple. superb view over Petronas towers, well soundproof, great exlusive lounge, huge breakfast, Karen very kind at reception. couldn't ask for more.

Very nice hotel in a great central location in KL. Enjoyed the facilities, but the highlight is the staff who couldn't enough to assist with my stay. Special mention to Sara in reservations (and Kahadin on the front desk) who kindly sorted out an issue with my room rate when I arrived.

Great hotel and so close to various sights. The twin towers are very close and the pedestrian walkway is right outside the door. Great breakfast and great view of the city.
Marked it down one as I found the air conditioner very cold and needed a jacket on in the room.

Great location for exploring the city.

We had a very pleasant stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Although we had to follow up regarding our early check-in after arriving from a long flight, the team eventually accommodated our request and even provided a room upgrade.

We were delighted to have a room with a beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Towers, which made our honeymoon even more special.

A special thank you to Kina for her kindness and assistance — she helped make our stay memorable.

Overall, a great experience and we would recommend this hotel for its location and hospitality.

I stayed only one night by booking a room on the hotel website which offered a more affordable price than other booking apps. I had to sleep fast as I arrived late and had to check out next morning. I slept well. Despite the convenient location it was quiet. Nice water temperature and pressure if the shower and fast internet. I will definitely come back.

We had a very comfortable and satisfying stay at the Impiana. This is my 2nd visit. The location and rooms are excellent. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is worth mentioning especially Karen, the duty manager at the front desk . She was very helpful and friendly and did her best to make our stay a comfortable one. All the staff in the hotel were great. We would definitely recommend the Impiana.

From the moment I arrived, Karen went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. She has such a kind and welcoming presence that immediately makes you feel valued and at home.

Karen and her team consistently delivered outstanding service throughout my stay, every detail was handled with care, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about what they do, and it made a huge difference to my overall experience.

We are senior citizens. Hospitality is excellent. I like the way Impiana staff (especially Karen & Rifky) treat us.
I happy that Impiana policy acknowledge senior citizens.
Prices I pay for room with breakfast is value for money.

I had a truly pleasant experience at Impiana KLCC Hotel.
I was traveling with my child, and the team was incredibly thoughtful in allowing me to check in earlier, which made things so much easier for us. That kind of understanding and care really means a lot to parents.
A special thank you to Karen and Ridzuan for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond by also upgrading my stay to a Club Room, which made our visit even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to guests truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Location is very perfect!!! It has covered linked bridge to Pavilion, metro etc, and underpass to Suria KLCC mall , so no worries if the day is wet,
This area is safe too!

Ambiance in the hotel lobby is cozy too, with a grand piano (not sure guest can play 🤪) feel good! And the pastries at the cafe are yummy too.

The room is spacious and it’s clean, Pillow is firm enough for me 👍🏻😊 , room service was good, bottle water were granted freely.
Gym room is spacious with adequate workout equipments.

Lastly, counter staffs are friendly too, especially Ricky , I have requested for a nice room, he managed to get approval and surprisingly upgraded my room with nice twin towel view , thank him and the manager for the pleasant 3 nights stay. 🙏🏻👍🏻

If you’re looking for a base in Kuala Lumpur that puts you right in the thick of things without breaking the bank, Impiana KLCC is a great choice. I recently stayed there and it delivered on convenience and comfort.

The absolute best part is the location. It’s right in the heart of the city, and being connected to the fully air-conditioned skybridge is a perfect. You can walk to both Pavilion and Suria KLCC in minutes without breaking a sweat or getting drenched in a shower.

You are practically neighbors with the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s only a 5-to-7-minute stroll away, which makes catching the fountain show at night or getting those iconic photos incredibly easy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room size. It felt much more spacious than your typical city hotel, with plenty of room to lounge and large windows that offer some pretty good views of the skyline.

The housekeeping team deserves a mention. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless throughout my stay, which always makes a huge difference in feeling settled.

Great spread—everything from local Malaysian favorites like Nasi Lemak to classic Western options.

Try to snag a room on the higher floors; the view of the Twin Towers at night is absolutely magical!

The staff are great here we have been well looked after following a accident in the hotel by Ms Raihan and Mr Hadi.
All the staff have been supportive afterwards and ask how i am daily.
Ms Karen as always goes beyond to ensure our stay is special . We have been using The Impiana for many years and will continue to do so whilst we can.

The Impiana is a fantastic hotel, it's location is brilliant with access to KLCC and Pavilion and MRT.
The best aspect of the hotel is the staff they are so attentive and supportive,
Particularly Ms Karen the duty manager, who goes above and beyond to make your stay special.
Her team are a credit to her.

The reception very polite and helpful. Everyone at reception what i meant. Room view very fantastic and the room is clean. The only problem is the toilet door always jammed and i always hurt my finger when i try to open it but not a big issue. After all the hotel locations on top. Hope i can come again here.
