We recently just stayed at the Dayton House Resort in Myrtle Beach. I must speak about the amazing customer service of Mrs. Lillie in the Rose Room during breakfast. Everyday she made sure that our accommodations was absolutely the best. She was amazing

Generally it is ok hotel . But the construction site is just in front of the hotel. I didn’t expect it and sorta ruined the view. I would not have picked this one if they mentioned it from their hotel website. I expected high floor with oceanfront view but their building are low. Breakfast is ok . Won’t come back with this view
The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious. We were here for a softball tournament for the week and enjoyed our stay, it was a little crazy with check in bc of how busy it was but we didn't have to wait long and when we got to our it had a full refrigerator , stove and microwave. The beach restaurant downstairs was good and affordable and the staff was friendly. They have a laundry room on site which was a major plus and cheap $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry.
Location was ok. Atmosphere was ok. Room...our ac leaked & soaked our carpet , front desk was informed on our 2nd day, no one came to look at it. Included breakfast...nightmare! Breakfast was served 2 streets over, so in the pouring rain & no where to sit when you get there...we went to Walmart to have breakfast in our room the rest of our stay. LARRY AT THE BAR...BEST PART OF THE STAY!!! Had the jokes & kept ya smiling!
The best part of this entire 4 nights 5 days was Larry the bar tender he is 5 star 🌟
For the stay I felt violated with house keeping, the ac barley works/ leaks, no stair options.

Dirty. Pretty sure have bed bugs. Woke up with bite marks. pools looked nasty in person too scared to go in them. Chairs are on the grass and not the beach.
The breakfast each morning was awesome and a good selection of food!
The set up of the room could of been better.

The evening manager Princess needs a raise. She was very professional, caring, and punctual. She really went to bat for me when I was having difficulties with Booking. My kids really enjoyed the different pools that were available. They have an indoor/outdoor pool, and outside pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna and a lazy river. It was very convenient and nice.
Booking was giving the hotel staff the runaround with my issues with the reservation. Nothing wrong with the hotel or the staff. They were very nice and professional. Booking is the issue and I will never ever go through Booking again for reservations.

En 4 días de hospedaje no tuvimos servicio de limpieza, cambiado de sábanas ni tendido de camas en la habitación, el “bufet “ es pésimo, comida fría y el personal fue grosero, muy pocas opciones para escoger de desayuno y prácticamente tuve que rogarle a una de las personas que estaba ahí para que me diera cereal para uno de mis hijos, eso fue la primera mañana, no volvimos allí a desayunar, fue una mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo
L'emplacement était parfait. Le déjeuner inclus était super. Malgré qu'il n'y ait pas de bacon et de patates a dejeuner chaque jour.
La chambre n'est pas fait chaque jour. Pour qu'on lave le plancher, la toilette, la douche, qu'on change les draps, on a du en faire la demande après 6 jours. Malheureusement il faudrait que ce soit fait au 2 jours pour être impeccable. On a même oublier de changer les serviettes de bains et de vider la poubelle quelques journées. Nous avons du aller au desk 4 fois durant notre séjour parce que nous n'avions pas de serviettes pour prendre une douche.
