Maid only dropped off towels in room, no other cleaning service provided.

Cons:

Gritty seats in both hot tubs, uncomfortable to sit on. One elevator in south tower was out of service most of our stay.

Great place just needs to buy some new mattress

Location and the suite wasn't as clean. The remote didn't work. Had a bad smell and my daughter saw a bug the line was too slow to check in

Every room they gave me has bugs. I paid for a suite and got a regular room. Staff was useless and didn’t seem concerned

It was good
Pros:

The waffles were great. The rest was cold or like warm at best. Friday morning they closed the left side of the dining room because 6 men were having a meeting. People had to wait to eat till someone got up from a table or the gad to stand up and eat. People kept asking to sit there and the hostess said that it was closed for the men having a meeting.

Overall our stay was good. Location was good. Has indoor pool & outdoor pool.
Pros:

I like that it was close to the sports center, shopping centers, restaurant & on the beach.

Cons:

Breakfast was at a different location that you had to walk out of the property but it wasn’t a bad walk at all. Could have more options for breakfast.
