Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Loved the cleanliness, care and attention to detail from staff to facilities. We also appreciated the casino shuttle. We will be back

Good value had work there comfortable bed .
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast it was over to quick on weekdays and did not start early enough.

Cons:

That breakfast started later and ended earlier on weekdays. And no late check out no matter how many days you stayed.

Great Water Pressure And Hot Water ! I Was Able To Do Early Check In . Staff Was Overly Great to Me .

I'm Not The One For Reviews Honestly, if It's Good Then It's Good ... However This Hotel Has Fallen Off So Bad! I've Stayed Here Multiple Times & Never Had A Roach Issue! I Woke Up To Freaking Critters Laying Beside Me Like It's My Man Or Something & Crawling The Walls! I Literally Had To Sleep With Lights On! If You Turn The Light Off They Get Worst Sooooooo Please Be Mindful! Also I Was In The North Building 8th Floor & I've Been Itching My Entire Stay!

I liked that it is right on the beach

Cons:

I didn't like that you have to cross the street to go to the breakfast hall. And I thought house keeping was going to clean and make the beds every other day but all they did was empty the trash and put out new towels

Hard Beds and smelly construction
Pros:

Location is good. Staff is friendly. Suite was clean.

Cons:

The beds are hard! The construction makes it hard to get to the different buildings and it smells bad! Price has gone up but rooms have no upgrades. Breakfast is good but it's the same food everyday.

I was very disappointed.
Pros:

Distance to the beach

Cons:

The pools were dirty & seriously needed cleaned, there were bugs & dirt floating in them. Cleanest pool was the walk in at the main building ( not our building) lazy river did not work most of our stay & the Hot tubs you could smell body odor! The bottoms of all the pools & hot tubs are nasty & not appealing to eye( they need repainted or scrubbed). Parking was horrific & you have to walk a good 300-500ft to a building across the road to get breakfast while the construction was working on sewage. The cleaning lady did not vacuum as I asked her twice when I seen her outside our room & only put towels on the bathroom counter grabbed the trash & that was our daily cleaning. That toilet paper is the cheapest that I have ever seen EVER! It was worthless to even try to use! What they consider a Suite is tiny & the floors were nasty( could tell the carpet hasn’t been maintained) carpet was sticky & the furniture was so outdated & the walls were skinned up.

The beach was of course beautiful as always.

Cons:

It would have been nice to know that the building was under construction, 3 different buildings, the hallways were nasty. Room was decent. Shower leaked like crazy, the green cover on the bed, had something that looked like a huge seamen stain.
