Had a great time.
Pros:

Location was great, first day did not get to do breakfast as hotel had no electricity, we had to go out to eat elsewhere and spent 60.00 for the 3 of us to eat. Later that same day the fire alarms went off as well as a sprinkler broke somewhere in the hotel.

Cons:

Beds were not very comfortable as they were a little hard for me, but I made do. Pillows in hotels are never good.

Great place to stay
Pros:

My friend, her daughter and I stayed at the Baymont overnight while in Galveston. The man at the desk was very friendly when we checked in and gave me great instructions on how to get to my room. The room was nice and clean and had a great balcony with an ocean view. The hotel does sit back a little bit, but that was fine because you can't hear all of the traffic noise all night. Breakfast was good, but the downfall is the area to eat is very small, so after we went to get our food, all of the tables were taken. We ended up going to sit out by the pool, which was fine but super windy. Other than that, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.
