Overall is was what we needed
Pros:

Location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

No complimentary water in the room. The spiral staircase was wobbly, one of the steel rods was broken off.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

As advertised, a good, basic hotel
Pros:

Reception was fast and courteous. The room was clean, the beds comfortable with plenty of blankets, the heating adjustable and relatively quiet. Refrigerator and coffee maker were in the room. Good drapes blocked the morning light.

Cons:

Supplies for the coffee maker were meager. We arrived at night and would have liked to have a cup of herbal tea each, but there was only one herbal tea bag and one sugar packet. The bathroom arrangement was good in some ways - toilet and tub/shower in one room, sink in an alcove in the hallway - but there were no towel bars in the bathroom, on which to hang damp towels, or near the sink, and it's hard to wash at a sink without a towel. The breakfast was okay, but heavy on sugar - no fruit or yogurt to offset the cold cereal, muffins, and waffles (although waffles are considered a treat, I know).

Ok for one nights convenience.
Pros:

Booked because our ferry from Woods Hole cancelled and needed to be close to car parking.

Cons:

Property needs total refurb. Reminds me of an old Days Inn. Was expensive for night but there was a pool we did not get to use and basic breakfast.

A nice hotel with shopping very near and a short ride to catch the ferry to Marthas Vineyard.
Pros:

The location of the hotel just a short drive to the Marthas Vineyard Ferries was the reason I chose this hotel, plus the price was reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge for a hotel room and comfortable. There was ample parking and parking right in front of my door. I stayed at a couple of hotels on this trip and this was the only one that still offered a full cable line up which was nice since football season just got underway. They also provide a nice continental breakfast.

Cons:

While they did have Dish TV and wifi, it could be glitchy at times.

Well located with respect to nearby Falmouth beaches, restaurants & stores in town.
Pros:

Room & bed were comfortablle. Very good tv reception. Hotel owner & manager very helpful.

Cons:

Communication between hotel desk staff & gneeral manager/owner could have been better.
