The room was large and clean
The heater did not work. Even on the highest heat setting all night the room was still cold in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Close to work
Upon arrival my car got stuck in the snow due to the property not being plowed with about 6 inches of snow. When I finally able to get ahold of AAA in the morning to pull me out I got plowed in I explained to the staff that AAA would not get me unstuck if I had snow plowed in front of my car They told me I could back up If I was able to back up my car wouldn’t be stuck I literally had snow and ice under my car They started shoveling around my car When I tried backing up my car wouldn’t move So one of the staff members pushed my car so it would get unstuck
Bed
Dish satellite. The TV didn’t work while we were there.
The staff was nice
Amenities: There was no hot water for over an hour, which was frustrating as we paid extra for the Jacuzzi. Additionally, the hair dryer was difficult to locate as it was stored in the coat closet.
- Dining: The breakfast, specifically the eggs and coffee, was of poor quality.
- Room Comfort & Privacy: Upon arrival, the room heat was set to 80 degrees. Furthermore, the only window faced the courtyard and pool, providing no privacy when open.
- Facilities: The hallways had a musty odor, and the exterior of the building appeared significantly different from the photos online.
I liked the staff. I loved the spa tub. The bed. The waffle iron.
A couple of simple organic options in the breakfast line would be nice. The oatmeal for example. English muffins. Doesn't have to be expensive.
The location was perfect for my needs.
There was a last minute change made to our room by the hotel when we checked in. They made it sound like an upgrade. Unfortunately they did not tell us that it was a 2 level room and at age 62 I would have to climb a metal sketchy sprial staircase to get access to my part of the room. We also had ongoing problems with our key cards not opening exterior access doors. My sister is 74 and has mobility limits so she needed
access to the elevator which required a key card to access and that was not working for either of us. The drain in the second level shower stall was overly recessed creating a hazardous dip in the floor that I had to learn to straddle while showering or risk breaking my ankle. I wonder if Falmouth code enforcement has actually viewed that room.
Everything was perfect, the room was comfortable and big, the bathroom was very clean.

The pool was great and the room layout was perfect for our family of four. Beds super comfortable!
Everything was wonderful just wish they had some more of a variety for breakfast options.
Close to everything we needed
Not many luggage carts to help transport from car to room
Indoor and outdoor pool were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner in our room was so loud it was hard to sleep and our room never got very cold. I thought our room would be completely separate from the downstairs bed area but it had a balcony type situation. Breakfast did not have any meat. The upstairs shower door couldn't be opened all the way because it would hit the ceiling. There was a hole in the near the downstairs phone. The upstairs bathroom mirror was hung so low you had to squat to see yourself.
The electric sockets in the bathroom by sink didn’t work in our rooms
cleanliness of room and entire facility. Great breakfast selection.
