Pros:

Had to find a place in a hurry when our ferry didn't leave because of wind. This place was great for the value.

Pros:

The facility was clean.

Cons:

An unexpected snowstorm hit the area. There was no one on staff and the electricity went out. No generators were on premises. I have never stayed at a hotel where there were not any contingency for the guest.

Fomos mal atendidos no check in. Recepcionista totalmente despreparada e ignorante. Falou com grosseria que tínhamos que sair do quarto até às 8:00am para limpeza do quarto. Não foi nenhum pouco cordial quando tivemos dificuldade de acessar os quartos. Enfim, muito desagradável. Não indico e não me hospedo nunca mais

Garbage was constantly full, over running. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Need a variety of fresh fruits. The area was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and vey observant

Would stay again but they need to work on the breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel room was beautiful. The bed was decorated with two chocolate and rose petals and slippers was placed in the room. That was a perfect gesture. No complaints about the room was perfect.

Cons:

Wasn’t happy about the breakfast, only bagel, waffle and cereal. There was no egg or sausage or fruits. We were told breakfast was continental breakfast.

Cons:

The heater did not work. Even on the highest heat setting all night the room was still cold in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Other than the hassle of my car being stuck do I had to walk up a hill during a snowstorm it was nice

Upon arrival my car got stuck in the snow due to the property not being plowed with about 6 inches of snow. When I finally able to get ahold of AAA in the morning to pull me out I got plowed in I explained to the staff that AAA would not get me unstuck if I had snow plowed in front of my car They told me I could back up If I was able to back up my car wouldn’t be stuck I literally had snow and ice under my car They started shoveling around my car When I tried backing up my car wouldn’t move So one of the staff members pushed my car so it would get unstuck

Lovely. Just what I was hoping for.
Pros:

I liked the staff. I loved the spa tub. The bed. The waffle iron.

Cons:

A couple of simple organic options in the breakfast line would be nice. The oatmeal for example. English muffins. Doesn't have to be expensive.

Clean, great location.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, and the location was great. Close to downtown Falmouth, close to the Bourne Bridge, right by Stop and Shop.

Cons:

Some of the staff was unfriendly, lobby and hallways were a bit grungy.
