Central location, easy parking, kind staff and good facilities overall.
The heater in the room was not working (it was a few days after the storm that hit Leiria, which might explain it).
The bar upstairs was also closed due to the storm.

Cons:

Paid full price without being told there was an issue with the heater and some of the facilities.

Great location with great views of the castle and clean and very well maintained.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Part of the elevator has glass and you can see parts of the elevator shaft and it should be cleaned occasionally.
