Overall, we had a great day and I would recommend the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, very easy to walk to the main areas. The room was very clean and the bathroom is a good size. The bed was also quite comfortable and it’s nice you can open the balcony doors and look out at the views. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff were accommodating and had the room ready for us.

Cons:

Not much I didn’t like about the property, the main thing would be the lack of variety at breakfast.

The hotel had a lovely feel from the first minute entered the front door. Check in and everything afterwards was memorable, Excellent staff and courteous service thro-out our stay.
The onsite complementary service of drinks was a bonus to be enjoyed.

Que surpresa agradável o Heritage. Os funcionários são ótimos, super educados e solícitos. A decoração preservada do quadro me encantou. Lindo de ver a arquitetura clássica preservada. Muito conforto e localização excelente!

Pros:

Hotel sensacional, especialmente pelo valor que cobra. Em um dos melhores trechos da Avenida Liberdade. O hotel é bonito, todo restaurado. Quartos grandes, confortáveis e limpos. Ótimo café da manhã, com o diferencial de se prolongar até o meio-dia (sempre com qualidade). Vinho do porto, moscatel, café, chá e pastéis de nata à disposição 24 horas no hall. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos (todos!) Disponibiliza estacionamento por 18 euros s diária. Realmente muito bom!

Cons:

Todo o hotel é sensacional. Mas para não dizer que não falei nada, a academia poderia ser ampliada.

Pros:

Die Lage iat sehr zentral und die Garage gleich nebenan. Ein sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Ausgezeichnet frühstücken konnte man bis 12.00 Uhr und ab 13.00 Uhr gab es täglich Kaffee, Tee und Gebäck auf Kosten des Hauses. Das beste aber war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt sehr genossen.
