Fabulous and extremely comfortable boutique type hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Fabulous and accommodating staff; loved that there was delicious tea and coffee, pastel da nata & biscuits, water available all day; lovely breakfast; great location; spacious and luxurious room and bathroom; very comfortable bed and great linens, pillows; lovely and plentiful towels and robes; great soaps. Also- port, still and sparkling water gratis in the room. Maintained lovely historic aspects with modern accommodations.

Cons:

No hair conditioner in the shower; no full restaurant on the property but did have a sweet bar and many choices near by.

Pros:

The decor as soon as you walk in the door. The decanter of Port in the bedroom. The tea making facilities with nibbles. The wide range of breakfast foods. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely range of towels. Super location. Handy parking.

Cons:

Nothing.
It was wonderful to come back in the evening and relax with a cup of tea.

Lovely and charming hotel in the best location.
Pros:

The location is easy access to public transportation (less than 5” walk from metro Restauradores) and also easy walkable to many attractions in Lisbon. The staffs of all levels were so friendly and full of hospitality. The interior design was charming and homey. Room was big, airy, big windows, strong water pressure and comfortable bed with extra pillows provided in the closet. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plenty. Free 24 hours snacks, tea, coffee, apple was a plus.

Cons:

We stayed during cool season so the air condition not set to let us turn it on, we were able to set only fan on ( most off the time we just turned off power and let fresh air in). I hope in warmer season the air condition can be individually set by the guests not by the central control from the hotel.

Pros:

Πανέμορφο ,σε άριστη θέση ,εξαιρετικό προσωπικό.Όλοι προσπαθούν να κάνουν άνετη την διαμονή αλλά και να βοηθήσουν στην περιήγηση στην πόλη!!!

A gem of a hotel in central Lisbon
Pros:

Stylish, comfortable bedroom
A lovely big bathroom with bath and shower
A welcoming lounge with tea and coffee available at all times
A very good breakfast

Cons:

The bedroom was a little airless, but the fan/air conditioning was effective

The hotel location was perfect, the rooms were completely silent and very comfortable ,
The Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool and gym were wonderful too.

Wonderful, charming stay in highly convenient location.
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in terrific location for seeing Lisbon sites. Also close to major metro transport. Lounge and breakfast area lovely to enjoy beginning and end of day. Breakfast provided a fresh and extensive buffet. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend for a Lisbon visit.

Cons:

Nothing. Just a comment- didn’t use the gym or the pool as expected, but they were both small anyway. More than one person in at a time would be a crowd, but at least they had the amenities!
