Exceptional Service by Staff!!
Pros:

I stayed at the Novotel Mexico City last week, was there for 5 days for an internal company meetings that was being hosted there. I have quite a bit of restrictions due to my vegetarian diet, and I would like to thank wholeheartedly Antonio G., who went above and beyond to really make sure I was well taken care of. During lunch one day, although there was salad for me, he went above and beyond to see if the chef could start the Pizza oven and make me a pizza. It was highly appreciated. Another day, he had a custom pasta made for me. This level of service is what makes me want to come back here each time I come to mexico city. I know I will be taken care of.

Also, in the morning a wonderful gentleman by the name of Manu, took great care of me and ensured I had my coffee, and some food, before the restaurant officially opened due to my flight.

I do not ask for special service, but it is great when team members like Antonio and Manu make it so much easier for the guest to be comfortable. Many thanks!!

La atención en recepción y la ubicación

Cons:

Es un hotel que, a pesar de que lo estan remodelando, los cuartos aún son viejos, el gimnasio que tienen como préstamo ahorita esta horrible y te cobran el estacionamiento aparte aún cuando eres huesped de ahí

Great hotel, you get what you pay for. Very friendly staff at checkout

¡Como nuevo! Muy cómodo y excelente ubicación
Pros:

Novotel está en una excelente ubicación en Santa Fe, y dado que lo acaban de remodelar, está muy cómodo y de muy buen diseño, colores cálidos, mucha madera y buenas camas. El personal es muy amable, sobre todo la chica de recepción y el equipo de room service.

Cons:

Nada, todo excelente.

El dia que llegue fue el 25 de noviembre en recepción no había sistema para registrar a los Pasajes y se hizo muy larva la espera y la gente en recepción bastante Kenya.
Cuando pedi un Uber con anticipation la noche antes de salir del hotel porque me gusta tener todo planes do. Al Dia siguiente el muchacho de recepción se confundio y me dijo que ese era mi Uber cuando en realidad era un taxi que da Servicio’s al Hotel y el Uber me cobro igual como si hunters hecho la carrera.

Great hotel in Santa Fe
Pros:

This is the location I stay many times for business trips to Mexico. Great hotel, clean, with good service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

They rebuilt their gym. It is small but nice. No bathroom there, which is a downside. There is an open swimming pool, I did not try it.

In summary, a great hotel for your business trips.
