Il est certain que je conseillerais cet hôtel pour l'ensemble des qualités mentionnées ci-dessus mais aussi pour sa position géographique, favorable à tous ceux qui se déplacent en métros, très proches de l'hôtel et accédant facilement aux différents cites importants de Milan.

The staff at the front at amazing! So friendly and helpful. The snacks throughout the day is a lovely touch too! The staff at breakfast are also incredible. So friendly, kind and helpful.
The cleaning staff do what I would expect of a 4 star hotel. You get complimentary drinks in the minibar and it was replaced once. It’s very random. We ran out of tissues a few times, the shower gel was finished without being refilled. Tea facilities were not replenished (we made tea in the room so used up the milk but the next day only the teabags were replenished). In a 4 star hotel would expect a bit better. Didn’t want to call reception that often to fix things.

L’emplacement près de la gare et le petit déjeuner.
L’aménagement de la chambre : lit face a la porte et fenêtre au bout d’un petit couloir à l’arrière du lit. Fenêtre avec des barreaux, impression d’être en prison. La disposition de la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle en photo.
