櫃檯人員服務態度非常好，飯店地點就在車站附近，早餐相當豐盛。下次到米蘭還會前往住宿。

早餐豐盛，有現榨胡蘿蔔汁，相當美味。服務人員態度親切，一樓大廳旁的點心吧，對不定時入住的旅行者而言，很貼心。

Cons:

住宿三個晚上，前兩晚備品都完整補充，但最後一天的浴巾、毛巾備品沒補充，跟櫃檯反應後，雖然服務人員後續有送過來，但還是不完整，少了地板毛巾和擦手巾。

Cons:

Very dirty grills of air conditioner and very noisy fan of the unit, then bars on the windows (it was ground floor), heated floor when outside the temperature was 30+ during the day (maybe of some equipment in the basement- just guessing)

El desayuno muy bueno y la habitacion muy espaciosa.

Cons:

Lo unico que no me gusto es que nos dieran una habitacion en un edificio en frente del hotel, eso no especifica en la reserva y el ultimo dia llovia mucho y nos tuvimos que mojar para ir a desayunar.

A very comfortable stay just minutes from the Milano Centrale
Pros:

We were upgraded to a better room on arrival, there was air conditioning that kept us comfortable the whole time and the staff were professional, knowledgeable and personable. Very close to Milano Centrale.

Cons:

Nothing, we had a great stay.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Stille.kamers. Goede service met handdoeken, gevulde minibar met water en softdrinks, comfortabele bedden, badjas, slippers..... Uitgebreid ontbijt. Bagage mocht blijven staan op dag van vertrek in veilige ruimte.

Cons:

Badkamer. Dpuche kwam rechstreeks uit op.bidet. Zwarte randen op.doiche (schimmel?) Plafonf niet in orde. Bruine vlekken op muur slaapkamer.. Wel andefe kamer gekregen, maar met uitleg dat de kamer eigenlijk in orde was. Jammer.

Pleasant short stay close to central station.
Pros:

Close to transportation and restaurants. They give free soft drinks from the mini bar.

Cons:

I couldn’t turn the bathroom light off. Also the steps at the front door of the hotel make it difficult with luggage.

Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Wszystko zgodne z opisem podanym na stronie.

- uzupełniany, darmowy barek ( woda); kawa i herbata
- śniadania przepyszne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie ( wytrawnie i na słodko)

駅近で便利で広い
Pros:

ミラノ中央駅から近く、道もわかりやすいです。重いスーツケースでも苦にならない距離で、道路も広く舗装されているので歩きやすいです。ホテルは別館でしたが、建物への入館の仕方などはチェックインの時にスタッフが部屋まで案内してくれるので教えて貰えます。シャワーのみの部屋で、部屋の冷蔵庫にあった水やコカコーラは無料でした。シャワーの水圧も良く、気持ちよかったです。喫煙OKの部屋でしたがタバコ臭さはありませんでした。朝食のパンの種類が多く、美味しかったです。

Cons:

別館だったため朝食に本館まで移動しなければならなかったこと。本館のウエルカムドリンクが利用しにくかったこと。

Great location
Pros:

Great location for Metro and main station.
Arrived by train, hotel a few minutes walk away.
We took the Metro at the top of the street straight to Duomo, about 4/5 stops. Later in the evening we also took the Metro to Navgli for dinner by the canal, again a straight forward journey.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast was plentiful, lots of choice.
Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were offered an alternative that was ready and very nice. Thank you
Had a drink in the bar which was also very nice.
