No complimentary water, bar shut early. Front of house staff gave contradictory information and didnt seem to be concerned sbout this .The housekeeping staff though are lovely- the maid was warm and efficient and the maintenance man who fixed our bathroom door was polite and pleasant.
Overall, this hotel has a few positives but unfortunately the negatives outweighed them for us.
The best thing about the hotel is the location — it’s very central and within easy walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants, which made getting around really convenient. The bed was also extremely comfortable and we slept well. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing and well designed. The cleaning and reception staff were always friendly and helpful when we spoke to them.
However, we had a persistent issue with ants in our room throughout our stay. We reported it each day and the cleaner did come to address it, which we appreciated, but the ants kept returning. They were on the bed, on the counter and on the floor, which was quite unpleasant.
The hotel also lacks atmosphere. While it looks nice, it feels very quiet and a bit dull, with little sense of energy or warmth.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The cooked breakfast costs €16, which felt quite expensive given the quality — it wasn’t particularly nice. The continental option was better but still fairly basic.
Finally, there was construction work directly outside our window starting around 7am each morning, which was quite disruptive.
While the staff were friendly and the location is great, the ongoing issue with ants, the noise, and the overall lack of atmosphere mean that unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

La ubicación es excelente en la zona comercial, muy cerca de la calle Sierpes y al lado del El Corte Inglés, se puede ir caminando a los principales puntos de interés y la parada de taxis está al lado del hotel. La habitación era tranquila y amplia. El desayuno variado si bien eché en falta pastelería típica andaluza, con las buenas confiterías que hay, y no que sirvan los típicos pasteles de la mayoría de hoteles.
Really nice hotel with a lovely room . Breakfast was just right for us and the area for breakfast was perfect.
