The staff are truly exceptional. They are kind, caring, attentive, accommodating, affectionate, professional and did everything they could to make the stay the best it could possibly be. We were very kindly upgraded to a villa. The villa was beautiful. The breakfast was the best we had throughout our 3 week trip to Vietnam. The selection of food in the upper restaurant was of the highest quality and ridiculously generous. We didn't try the restaurant for dinner as there were so many places to eat out in Hue. Whilst this is a very large resort it was usually possible to find a place of peace. The spa and massage was very good indeed. The hotel is not central to Hue (which is what we wanted). Everything is close by with a Grab. Hue was one of the highlights of our trip. If we every have the opportunity to go back to Hue we would stay here.

Cons:

The gym is very good with lots of light and views over the little creek. Given its size it has a great opportunity to improve its gym equipment for genuine gym goers.

Absolument fabuleux
Pros:

Bungalow très complet et très bien pensé, tout l'équipement était présent
Piscine immense et calme.
Petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux
Très bien situé, épicerie, pharmacie et restaurant en face de l'hôtel
Prêts de vélo gratuitement
Nombreuses navettes gratuites aller retour vers Hué
Plusieurs sites à visiter alentours, à quelques kilomètres à vélo.
Personnel aux petits soins.
L'hôtel est absolument magnifique, on se croirait en pleine jungle. Des services tels que la salle de gym, le sauna, le spa, le hammam etc.

Zeer luxueus en comfortabel verblijf
Pros:

Zeer fraai opgezet resort, met mooie groene tuin. Nette stijlvolle kamers. Mooi zwembad. Exceptioneel niveau van service, met zeer vriendelijk personeel, WhatsApp lijn met staf, Turning down service, etc. Overal op het resort staan er mensen voor je klaar om je vriendelijk toe te lachen of te helpen. Spa behandeling die bijgesloten is in de package is van hoog niveau. Ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid. Veruit meest luxueuze verblijf waar we in Vietnam in verbleven.

Cons:

Ontbijt was zeer goed en uitgebreid. Diner in het restaurant was opzich prima, maar wel veel duurder dan normaal in Vietnam. Drankjes bij het zwembad ook voor locale begrippen erg prijzig. (maar vergeleken met Europese prijzen nog steeds goedkoop)

Un séjour exceptionnel !!!

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel : toutes les petites attentions pour nous permettre d’avoir un séjour agréable. Nous avons dîner et pris le petit-déjeuner dans l’hôtel et la qualité des produits étaient exceptionnels.
