Pros:

Le personnel est aux petits soins,très gentil et très serviable,j'ai eu besoin de colle une semelle de basket,ils s'en sont chargés sans me le facturer.
Un happy jour toute la journée pour la même boisson ou cocktail, possibilité de manger sur le pouce également très bon avec du choix.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très très large en choix .
Les différentes piscines sont très propres et très entretenues.
Le.lieux est magnifique.

A green and calm paradise!
Pros:

Fantastic resort! Staff was super friendly and helpfull, rooms were very comfortable, pool was great and breakfast superb! A green, quiet paradise is a busy city! Expect European/US prices, but definitely worth it.

Pros:

Large pool. In fact multiple pools. Attentive staff and large rooms. They were very spacious. Free minibar. Well cooled rooms. Nice scroll with a story each night on return to your room after dinner. Free shuttle into town but Grab cheap and just as easy.

Cons:

Quite a large resort. I suspect may not be so nice when it’s really busy. Not too much around so need to get transportation to town

Amazing!
Pros:

We loved everything! We enjoyed it so much that we decided to come back, and we spoken to other couples that went here multipe times as well.
It’s a very calm, quiet and comfortable place, a true oasis. The staff is super friendly and although it’s quite big, it still feels small and personal here. The breakfast is great, pools are amazing and there’s lots of green. Definitely recommended!

We ordered the afternoon coctails which came with a afternoon tea, beautiful presentation and lovely surprise. Breakfasts were delicious, pool great, ti chi for the first time what a lovely outlook. Intentive staff and manager..

Cons:

There was only one cocktail option when you pre ordered the afternoon coctail, Mojito. Gin and tonic is not a coctail. Definitely would of been better to have a few more options there especially when you've ordered for several nights

Resortem jsem byla nadšená. Personál byl přátelský. Navštívila jsem hodinu jógy a masáž. Je tady veliká pohoda. Snídaně byly úžasné i pro tu nejnáročnější klientelu.

Séjour absolument fabuleux au Pilgrimage Village à Hué.
La chambre était magnifique, la piscine superbe et le cadre très apaisant.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour la qualité du service, toujours attentionné. Mention spéciale également pour le spa, vraiment excellent, et le petit déjeuner, varié et délicieux.

Pros:

Services is the best. There are also lots of pools for you to choose. The kid’s pool is big and separated, which is very hard to find in other resorts. There is a also a silent pool where you can swim in peace if you want to run away from all the noises.

Pros:

This has been our first experience with a Pilgrimage property and what a delight it has been.

As appears typical of these properties, the attention to detail and the way the resort compliments both the local heritage and the environment is truly amazing. You feel like you’re in a traditional Vietnamese village setting in a peaceful bygone era.

Despite high occupancy, the resort remains a tranquil oasis. The thoughtful design ensures each guest has peace and quiet while still within easy access to all amenities.

The staff, in typical Vietnamese fashion, are extremely, courteous, efficient and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always eager to assist. Special mention and thanks must go to Claudia and the Guest Services team, who are always on hand to personally assist guests and ensure they maximise the Pilgrimage and Hue experience.

If you are seeking luxury, tranquillity and a full 5 star experience, then this is the place to be in Hue.

Cons:

The Lobby Bar was a little disappointing, in that it was not in keeping with the theme of the rest of the property. To have a grand piano being played in one side of the room and a pool table active on the other side seemed a conflict of purpose. Is the area more a piano/cocktail bar or a sports bar - you cannot have both!
