הריזורט הכי יפה ושווה שהיינו בו בויאטנם! שווה להגיע ולא לפספס, למרות שהמחיר אינו כולל ארוחת בוקר שווה להוסיף את הכסף, הרמה במלון הכי גבוהה שיש!!!

Pros:

Everything was amazing. The location is a little out of the city but it is only a short cab ride to access restaurants etc. The rooms are clean, and a great size. The resort exceeded my expectations, it is like an oasis. The gardens are beautiful, the pools are a good size, and breakfast was yummy. The staff are welcoming, helpful and accomodating.

Остановились здесь на несколько дней, и это было одно из лучших решений в поездке. С первого часа поразил персонал- искренне заботливые, душевные ребята. Нас встретили как родных, предложили номер лучше забронированного — и это было шикарное начало.

Отель помог с сюрпризом на день рождения — организовали доставку свежих цветов прямо в номер. Она была в полном восторге!

Каждый вечер после уборки в номере зажигали ароматические свечи - очень тонкий, приятный запах, создаёт невероятно уютную атмосферу. А под подушкой нас ждали записки с вьетнамскими легендами — читали их перед сном и проникались духом страны.

Завтраки — просто офигенные! Вкуснейший солёный кофе и большой выбор блюд. А ещё нам подарили джакузи на весь срок — при бронировании от 4 ночей это был приятный бонус. Мы пользовались почти каждый вечер — расслаблялись после прогулок по Хюэ, это было круто.

Бассейн тоже отличный — чистый, с комфортной температурой. И отдельное спасибо за WhatsApp-чат с командой отеля: все вопросы решались мгновенно.

Массаж — шикарный, расслабляющий, с местными маслами. Всё вместе сделало наш отдых по-настоящему волшебным.

Огромная благодарность всей команде! Вернёмся обязательно и будем советовать всем друзьям.

Безупречный сервис, душевная атмосфера и маленькие чудеса каждый день — 10 из 10!

A wonderful resort that excels in every aspect.
Pros:

Beautiful resort surrounded by lush greenery. It was calm and serene, just what we needed. As a family of four we had huge interconnected rooms which gave everyone some privacy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they were so attentive and even came out to wave us off. The food was great and room service was reasonably priced so we were able to treat ourselves after a long day of travelling. We all felt incredibly pampered and came away rejuvenated.

Absolutely idyllic
Pros:

This is a very beautiful place to stay. It feels calm as soon as you arrive. We were greeted by extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was gorgeous. The pool is lovely, breakfast was great. As a family with kids, I’d recommend staying outside of the bustle of Hue town. It was really nice to come back to the resort after a hot, tiring trip to the imperial city. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Happy still overall
Pros:

Would like to say the foods are very good, specially the buffet in the morning. Staffs are friendly, helpful.
Room is clean. Overall, my family are happy while we are there for two days and will come back for sure
One plus point is they organise 4 hours free car for guests stay there which are super helpful with location abit far from center Huế

Cons:

We stay in the room 120, it’s a first floor and the room abit humidity
The beds also feel like that.
I think cause they only have two hours clean, not enough time to open door for dry air to coming.
We stay at the time are rain abit

Calming and relaxing resort in Hue
Pros:

We loved the setting, beautiful tropical gardens with a serene atmosphere. The villas with private pool was great for our family. It was the best buffet breakfast we had in Vietnam. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Pros:

The gardens at this hotel are so lush and beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful. I loved the yoga classes. The staff are very attentive, always checking that you have everything you need. The nightly room rate was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.
When you arrive you are connected to a hotel staff member on what's app. It was so convenient to be able to message them to book room service, yoga, spa treatments, shuttle service and a transfer to the train station.

A short distance to the town and there is a hotel shuttle to take you. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The price of food, drinks and spa treatments were more expensive than our hotel in Da Nang. We ate in town two of the nights to save money. This was easy to do though using the hotel shuttle service.
You do need to book the shuttle service there and back before you leave so you need to try and guess how long you will be which is a bit tricky but manageable.
