Impatto fortemente positivo , il sorriso delle receptionist e professionalità dei reparti . Ho avuto modo di salire a cenare mi sono piaciuti moltissimo i passatelli con il tartufo. Tornerò anche se solo per lavoro sicuramente sceglierò questa struttura per soggiornare.

"Esistono hotel che sono solo posti dove dormire, e poi ci sono luoghi come questo, che sanno di terra, di vento e di storia. Il punto di forza non è solo il servizio impeccabile da 4 stelle, ma la sensazione di sospensione che si prova guardando il profilo del Montefeltro al tramonto. Svegliarsi con quella luce dorata che entra in stanza è un’esperienza che ti riconnette con il mondo. Un rifugio elegante dove il paesaggio diventa il primo, vero comfort della struttura che offre relax e distacco dal caos.”

Sehr große Ruhe im Hotel, nachdem nach zweimaliger Bitte endlich die starke Zwangsbeschallung mit Musik im Gang abgeschaltet wurde. Unverständlich, dass man mit so einem Problem die Rezeption konfrontieren muss! Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Cons:

Im hoteleigenem Restaurant ist es nicht möglich gewesen, ein heißes Wasser für einen selbst mitgebrachten medizinischen Tee zu bekommen. Der Kellner war mit unserem Anliegen völlig überfordert.
