Amazing location; my 1st choice for several years now. A bit expensive for 3*, yet still convenient!

Amazing location that overweighs any drawback.

Cons:

No complimentary water, or other basic complimentary stuff. Accommodation prices have escalated big time.

Loved every minute of it and will be back.
Pros:

This hotel and my larger then expected room was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond. I couldn’t write it highly enough. The location was very nice and close to the arc and to some shops. Very highly rated and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Just a group of rude, inconsiderate and incredibly noisy guest which the staff did everything they could to control but ultimately was out of their hands. Not a reflection of the hotel.

Gute Lage, große Zimmer
Pros:

Lage: Direkt am Triumphbogen / Metro 1.

Große Zimmer, gemütliches Bett.

Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, nachts fand nebenan eine Art Party statt und es wurde laut telefoniert.

Einstieg in die Badewanne (=Dusche,) sehr hoch und ohne Griffe und Antirutschmatte, für Senioren oder körperlich beeinträchtige Menschen nicht machbar.

Just what we needed in the heart of Paris!
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Location could not be better as it is situated right next to the Arc de Triomphe and a station from which you could easily access metro or trains. There are many restaurants, cafeterias and shops nearby. Access to the main sightseeing locations on foot or by metro was very easy. The hotel was clean and staff always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable for us. Would definitely stay there again in our next visit to Paris!

Nothing comes to mind. We did not have any breakfast so can't comment on this.
