Good location on St Annes Promenade with parking. A footpath at the back leads into 'The Square' for shops and restaurants. Helpful staff, continental breakfast included with room, also a restaurant, bar, lounge areas and use of a spa and swimming pool. The decor of the room was dark brown which was a little oppressive but it was clean and well-equipped including a safe and small bath. It's also dog-friendly.
Location was fine and staff spot on ! Carpark was ok but could only see two disabled bays, not good, this was June.
Bedding in general was uncomfortable .
Balcony was nice
