Pros:

A really good firm comfortable bed was the highlight.

Cons:

On the day of my stay it was extremely windy and rainy and as the room I was given was on the top floor at the end of the building it was extremely noisy. The window leaked and the wind basically blew straight into the room. The curtains stopped short of the window cill so it was extremely draughty and cold. On the roof outside something must have been loose because there was a loud banging noise which went on all night. I asked to change rooms but was told they were full so this would not be possible. The noise was unbearable and went on ll through the night. I had no sleep whatsoever. In my opinion this room was not suitable for accommodation.

Awful
Pros:

Almost nothing, it was dirty, the facilities were terrible and the cost was extortionate.

Cons:

The room was small, dusty and dated. The general cleanliness was terrible. I don't mind a small room but I expect it to be clean for 175 a night!! The bathroom was awful, the shower was pathetic and the temperature inconsistent. On leaving we looked at the mattress and it was disgusting, had I seen it on arriving I wouldn't have stayed. I get that prices are inflated for a festival but the cost was ridiculous for what we got. No toiletries and a paper bath mat?!?! Seriously?!? I would never come back here, it was an absolute rip off.

Really enjoyed the town and the beach area . Would come back again but maybe to somewhere more accessible.
Pros:

A brilliant proximity to the beach and town . The entertainment was great and the restaurant was quite good .

Cons:

It needed a good deep clean , skirtings and radiators in the rooms . Touch of paint h re and there . Wheelchair access was very tight . Room door wasn’t wide enough . No grab rail in shower had to ask for a shower seat .

Thoroughly enjoyable, Lytham St Annes is a lovely area to stay, and the beach/promenade lovely.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, the entertainment is good, the breakfast is good.

Cons:

I didn't like the idea that half the carpark was taken up by the outside entertainment area, halfing the available parking, people going to the beach who were not saying at the hotel were using the hotel carpark, this also reduced the available carparking.

Enyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful but cold!
Location is excellent!
Entertainment outside was good.
Room was clean.
Parking.

Cons:

Shower over the bath which was difficult to use.
I booked a bouquet room, which was more expensive, but I couldn’t see the difference, apart from a bigger tv.
