Pros:

Breakfast was bland , not topped up without chasing staff to refill fruit bread and continental plates, table cloths dirty and hanging on floor , very dangerous for elderly residents 😦🤔🤔cold cooked foods eggs left too long dried up and big pieces of shell in scrambled egg .

Booked a room with sitting area, which we did not get although this was shown on booking conformation, was told we would have to pay extra £95 per night, and that's what you get with booking with Booking.com, I have never before had any issues with my Bookings through Booking.com

Inn on the Prom
Pros:

The location, staff, breakfast and entertainment was really good.

Cons:

The room carpets were dirty eg stained and someone was sick in the pool and it took sometime to clean up. The balcony tiles were loose and we could have had an accident, if not fully aware. To be honest the hotel was looking a bit tired.

Great location but disappointing inside
Pros:

The position was ideal for everything the reception was lovely and modern but the rooms were very dated but very clean

Cons:

The room was nice and clean I kept walking into the bed they were in a box type with very hard edges
But was most disappointed in the food, I was very unhappy with the quality of the food for the prices we paid we could really complain on the night ad they staff although very friendly did really seem to know what they were supposed to be going and there didn’t seem to be anybody in charge
