Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good nice choice and dining area.

Cons:

Our room was very dated and very dark with an awful view, needs upgrading. The disabled lift wasn't very convenient because needed staff presence every time my elderly mother needed to use it.

Perfection every time
Pros:

The location is perfect for all attractions. Overlooking the sea. Has a lovely pool. Always stay here if I’m visiting Blackpool area. Love the live music on the patio.

Great location, very comfy bed and pillows

Cons:

Bathroom very small, toilet too close to sink and wall. No air conditioning in hotel. Couldn't open windows in restaurant area. Had to wait 20 mins to get served a drink.
