Nice break
Pros:

Comfortable beds nice looking rooms lovely big shower and a bath . We ate in the bistro food was very tasty and good value. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Constant dripping from outside which was a little annoying.

Location. Easy to find your way around inside to get to the facilities.

Cons:

Decor was shabby, especially in the bedroom. Main Entrance poorly designed. Needs a ramp and a wheelchair accessible revolving door.

Pros:

Restaurant staff very friendly and efficient

Cons:

The toilet in our room had excrement down when we arrived and after reporting it felt it was dealt with very poorly. We didn’t get an apology when we checked out. I sent an email when we got home and got a fast response offering an upgraded room should we return …. Don’t think so.
Receptionists are quite dismissive and look slovenly for first impressions.
Our room was very poorly lit.

Pros:

2nd time i've been here with my dogs. We're all made to feel welcome. The service is excellent as is the breakfast.
The bonus was a live band on Sunday afternoon

Pros:

Good location, good price - I think it was a January offer - nice single room, decent breakfast.

Cons:

It was a bit of a maze to find my room on the first floor but that was about all I could complain about.
