Great value hotel
Pros:

Great location on the sea front. Superb breakfast buffet with a great choice. Comfortable bed with good room facilities. Will definitely return.

Nice stay and would return.
Pros:

The location is very good, Breakfast excellent, Room good but not excellent.

Cons:

A large stain on the room floor near the bathroom, One bedside light not working, A roof tile looks not fastened in correctly and read to fall down.

Pros:

Room was good ,Access to the room very dated needs new carpet , walls need Painting . Other parts look good bar area was ok and nice restraunt and dining room

Rooms a little dated, in fact I had to negotiate a snooker room to excess mine, good job they weren't playing to all hours.

Good location but hotel falls short
Pros:

The public areas where nice comfortable and modern the staff where polite and friendly

Cons:

Lack of staff on duty had to wait ages for someone to appear. The bedrooms and corridors are a mish mash of design . The bedrooms are very tired in decor and condition lot of repair needed doing . The rooms are too hot had to sleep with the balcony door open all night even though he had switched the heating to its lowest setting it was march not summer.The bed was very small and uncomfortable

Disappointing.
Pros:

The staff and breakfast wonderful

Cons:

Room was in need of finishing decorating, the bathroom I was unable to use, very old and needs replacing. Blind is needed for bathroom window and room window when opened nearly falls off hinges.

Pros:

I was given a sea view room, which was lovely.

Cons:

The bathroom needed upgrading and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. I did report it.

It was just acceptable when nothing better is available.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The public areas were clean and presentable.

Cons:

The electric heater in the room did not work and I had to get reception to supply another one but this was not really effective against very cold weather.
The room was dark, extremely small and claustrophobic.
