The reception is open from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 in the winter months. The reception will be closed on weekends and public holidays.
The pool will be open as well as the snack bar and pool bar. During March, the reception will be open from 09:00 to 22:00, and the swimming pool from 09:00 to 18:00.
Staff at Clube Alvorférias can help organize activities such as diving, horse riding and fishing. For children, the mini-club is open from May to October. During this time, the reception is available from 08:00h to 00:00h
For emergencies, guests can contact the number on the reception door.
Please note that the restaurant and supermarket are unavailable between 1 November and 30 March.

All the stairs to the rooms staff dog ignorant rooms very out dated bed are very very bad room was never cleaned once

A localização era ótima, tudo muito limpo.
Atendimento excelente.
Fomos a outro sítio fazer o pequeno almoço porque o preço cobrado estava muito diferente do valor da plataforma.
Dizia na plataforma excelente pequeno almoço 8€ por pessoa e na hora queriam nos cobrar 13€ por pessoa.
No geral estava tudo bom.

Apartamento cheio de formigas na cozinha, teias de aranha no teto e janelas. Não havia uma esponja da louça nem detergente.
Location and staff were amazing.
Needs an upgrade. Very dated and some of the windows in both units we rented would not close, sense of security while sleeping a bit off at times. Cables hanging out from behind the mirror in one the bathrooms which was covered with clear sellotape and not electrical tape, very dangerous in a bathroom. It could do with some refurbishment, we didn't mind as the price was out of season time, but if I paid full season price I would have definitely complained.
Gostamos muito da localização. Da tranquilidade, das instalações, do custo benefício, do supermercado, do estacionamento. Recomendo bastante a hospedagem no Clube Alvorférias.
A limpeza nos quartos. A qualidade das frigideiras que não são antiaderente. Poderia ter mais utensílios de cozinha. Falta uma cafeteira.
As piscinas e o atendimento da staff.
Falha na qualidade da Internet e televisão; o apartamento fica bastante quente, o ar condicionado não funciona.
pool was nice, location was centralized however we complained the day we checked in due to a clogged sink in the bathroom.
We checked in at reception and once we arrived at the room it was still being cleaned, therefore we went for a drive around town and when we returned the apartment had a disgusting clogged since with remenants of shaved hair and some floating items ie toothpaste etc. ( disgusting ) complained to reception that afternoon on our way out to dinner, when we returned we checked on ETA they told us staff would remediate issue in the morning. When we returned that afternoon to the room the sink was untouched and remained this way til until we checked out on the 3rd night. Major disappointment
