Beauriful beach location family friendly property
Pros:

Beautiful location on the property, beautiful pools and nice buffet breakfast. Staff called us to check if any issues had been resolved and were attentive

Cons:

The rooms were struggling with some dampness, they did provide a dehumidifier which helped a lot. Room service was not as good as Sunwing Kamala

الفندق جميل جدًا ومناسب للعائلات ومن أبرز مميزاته وجود عدة مسابح ومرافق ترفيهية متنوعة مما يجعل الأطفال والعائلة يستمتعون بالإقامة دون الحاجة للخروج كثيرًا من الفندق ..كما أن أجواء الفندق هادئة ومريحة وأراه خيارًا ممتازًا لمن يبحث عن منتجع عائلي..

خيارات الإفطار والطعام محدودة نوعًا ما للمسلمين وتوفر الأطعمة الحلال محدود لذلك قد يجد البعض صعوبة في تنوع الخيارات الغذائية. كذلك الفندق بعيد نسبيًا عن منطقة باتونغ ووسط المناطق الحيوية؛ ويستغرق الوصول إلى باتونغ حوالي 45 دقيقة تقريبًا، لذلك الموقع قد لا يكون مناسبًا لمن يرغب في التنقل يوميًا إلى المناطق المركزية..

Ok for a short stay but better hotels for the budget

Lovely pools and location. Property is close to other restaurants and a 7 eleven which is convenient. Lovely beach and restaurant over looking it . Kids slide is particularly fun for smaller children

Cons:

There are some Maintenence issues that need to be addressed . Our room had a broken door, broken air con and really uncomfortable beds ! Housekeeping also don’t knock and just walk in so beware! Management don’t care when you ask for something to be fixed we waited two weeks for the door to be fixed and the air con was never fixed. Shame as the property has lots of potential but the lack of customer care is a downside. Breakfast is also disappointing and the same every day. Not fresh and flies all over it . Again, small things that would be easy to fix but staff are not responsive to requests sadly. I had asked in advance if renovations were happening and was told no on an email. However, whilst there they were renovating. This meant no space in the restaurant at breakfast and it was chaotic. When I asked the manager he just said “renovation has to happen” but no apology for what I’d been told. Again an example of poor management and customer care. Sadly, despite lovely pools and location we would choose an alternative next time

We all (7 of us) had a wonderful stay. We would love to come again.
Pros:

The eating room for meals straight onto the beach. Very clean and the food was in the air conditioned room.

Cons:

The stairs to the third floor. I did ask for a room down low but unfortunately I did not get one.

Pros:

The swim up bar was great, the slide into the large pool was fun for the kids, and the access to the beach was phenomenal. Lots of beach chairs available and the food options were quite good and competitive with local diners. Also having a supermarket and a 7-11 within a two minute walk is a huge plus as well.

Cons:

Because they were still undergoing renovations and maintenance, the gym facilities were displaced to a different (conference) room, which wasn't as effective as a dedicated gym space with more effective cooling. But it was certainly good enough and the overall experience of the place was hard to beat!

An excellent family-friendly resort in a beautiful beachfront location.
Pros:

Beautiful location right on Bang Tao Beach, very friendly and welcoming staff, and good food with plenty of variety.

Cons:

It was the low season, so some renovation work was taking place and the entertainment team was smaller than usual. This meant there were fewer activities available.

Le site magnifique, pdj varié avec une vue sur la mer, personnel tres gentil,massage sur la plage pas cher, le restaurant pas cher et bon, les piscines avec toboggan.

Cons:

Éloigner de la ville pas grand chose autour, il faut un moyen de transport. Ce serait mieu d'avoir 2 lit doubles dans le studio plutot qu un canapé
