I recently visited Hotel Sarang Palace and want to share my genuine personal experience about this property. To make my review short and to the point I am writing my feedback in bullets.
1. The hotel is not at all a 4 start property, it can be classified as average 2 or max 3 star property, as it does not have a swimming pool, a gym, or even a small garden.
2. It's so weird to see that management has assigned seats to back office staff at a front desk reception lobby area, two persons continuously keep working in front of all incoming and outgoing guests.
3. Management is very smart, they have got the hotel photos shot by professional firm seeing them we booked the hotel, but except rooms nothing else is good in this property.
4.Property is right opposite the government hospital so needless to mention that from our room the view was of hospital where ambulances used to visit every few minutes with emergency siren on.
5. Weird private restaurant just next to reception lobby for two persons, does not make any sense as it was empty for most of the time, could not understand logic of this two person specific restaurant.
6. Seeing the buffet B/F arrangement, we cancelled our BF as it was in the basement with no window or view.
Requesting all to kindly keep the above points in mind before booking your room at Hotel Sarang Palace.

Great rooms and posotion, clean and tidy
We had a very comfortable stay with toddler. The room service was was quick and catered to our needs. The location is good to travel to main locations and market. The only issue we had was hot water not available at all times especially at night and had to be told almost daily to switch on for hot water, but was addressed quickly.
Good hotel locations ear to city Centre and railway station we feel comfortable there......................
Food also delicious and testing all over is good must visit..............

Horrible ,Terrible and Disgusting.Very small rooms which stink and has infected washrooms.Towel and Bedsheets are way bad than any other 2 star hotel.This so called Hotel is not a hotel but a Dharmashala
I think Dharmashala must be better than this. Staffs are way rude,arrogant and very disrespectful. All 4-5 staffs sitting in the front office have misbehaved with us .They are so disgusting. cups are dirty and smelly.Overall not a luxury boutique hotel but a Dharmashala experience.Dont waste money here.

Good Stay,helpful staff. Lovely decor. Very local. Near by to local shops. Few medical chemist near by. Abit noisy due to being local but no issue. We had pleasant sleep. Breakfast was good. Alot of choice.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall ambience was peaceful and relaxing.
The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and with a good variety of options. The hotel also has great facilities, and everything was managed very professionally.

feel good tgg it’s a very comfortable. We feel safe and secure there. All rooms are well designing and wellness. Staff are friendly and cooperative rooms are clean. We feel best hospitality.
Some of the staff members are extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. However, our experience at the end was really disappointing. One staff member(manager of day shift) (2feb, 2026) of average height created a scene in front of everyone without any clear reason. He was very rude and lacked basic customer-handling skills, which left us with a very bad impression and ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. If he has any concerns, he needs to talk with us instead of it, he makes scene and starts shouting on us, zero customer service sense. Tall guy is really good and very nice, he tried to control the situation but to be honest because of average height our whole trip gets spoiled.
Good hotel we booked hotel for family through agora hotel is good has good room service also good we join buffet breakfast that is also very testy and had good verity’s staff are friendly and cooperative helpful
