Short get away
Pros:

Sam was great! Pool was great for the kids although it was very cold.

Cons:

Needs updated. The door adjoining our sweet looked like it had been kicked in. Shower curtain was ripped and dirty.

I would look elsewhere in the area.
Pros:

The location was close to the Indiana Dunes. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to the breakfast lady!

Cons:

The hotel looks like there were some updates a few years ago but things are starting to slide. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on my life. It was so worn with springs poking me that I had to sleep on top of the covers to provide a little bit of cushioning. There were still hairs in the sink and makeup on the walls in the bathroom. The pool was very cloudy. The paint in the rooms needs to be touched up so many chips and marks all over the walls and doors.

We had a wonderful time close to the Dunes so we could go have fun at the beach during the day then come rest well at ni

Pros:

Eggs were tasty and if I’d been there sooner, there was bacon! The receptionist found me a ground floor room without even asking, as the elevators were not working (and I’m an old lady traveling solo.)

Cons:

I got there too late for bacon at breakfast. The room was enormous and really cold when I arrived but I was able to adjust the temp with some fiddling. The elevators were out of order but I am grateful to the receptionist for kindly putting me in a ground floor room! The pool was mayhem - LOTS of happy children, so I gave it a pass. The smoking section was just outside the side door, close to my room so there was a little smoke odor now and then. None of these issues were a shortcoming of the employees!

The price that I paid for the room, I could have paid somewhere else in the rooms would have been better and cleaned bet

Elevators were out my tub had hair in it, but I always bring my own cleaner supplies so I just went on and cleaned it properly myself

Great location, hotel rooms needs a deep clean and maintenance
Pros:

Location was great with restaurants, Bass Pro, and a short drive to the lake and beach!
Lobby clean

Cons:

Broken elevator (we were on the fourth floor)
Dirty and in need of maintenance rooms, tiles broken in bathroom
Was told one of my four rooms could not be provided because the third party (Booking) would not allow it to be charged like the others, but I was charged for it.
