Pros:

Loved the room it was quiet and clean.
Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.
Hot tub was warm.

Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Fridge was full of ice in the back and couldn't keep leftovers in it for a 2 night stay.

Pros:

Overall it was a good stay pool was very crowded most evenings but that was fine. I did notice a few dead bugs in the bathroom the day I checked in. The breakfast was ok pretty standard we would visit again!

We will stay there again.
Pros:

The moment I walked in you could smell that it was clean not a cover up. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful.

Ok- I got notified the day of the stay that the hot tub was broken
Pros:

Hotel staff was great

Cons:

The Booking. Com staff sucked!!!
They booked me 2 rooms instead of one and refused to cancel the 2nd room despite the hotel understanding and cancelling the 2nd room.
The booking.com folks just would not cancel it.
I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM again and I am telling everyone to avoid them due to my experience with them!!

Short get away
Pros:

Sam was great! Pool was great for the kids although it was very cold.

Cons:

Needs updated. The door adjoining our sweet looked like it had been kicked in. Shower curtain was ripped and dirty.

I would look elsewhere in the area.
Pros:

The location was close to the Indiana Dunes. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to the breakfast lady!

Cons:

The hotel looks like there were some updates a few years ago but things are starting to slide. The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on my life. It was so worn with springs poking me that I had to sleep on top of the covers to provide a little bit of cushioning. There were still hairs in the sink and makeup on the walls in the bathroom. The pool was very cloudy. The paint in the rooms needs to be touched up so many chips and marks all over the walls and doors.
