Fantastic value for money, great room, great staff, great breakfast, great location
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly . Hotel was spotless and the house cleaning lady was so helpful .

Lovely modern bathroom and room, big patio doors instead of windows. Great location, main train from airport 10 minute walk, and also a tube straight north to the opera , moulin rouge etc 10 minutes walk.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful , with 24 coffee machine and water. Fantastic!

Cons:

The windows dont keep noise out very well. Could hear everything and we had court yard view.

Pros:

El desayuno era muy completo, de todo un poco la verdad y las chicas de allí estaban muy pendientes de que no faltase de nada.
El personal muy bien.
Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad de la cama

Cons:

El suelo enmoquetado de la habitación es muy sucio y antihigienico. No me gustó nada

Small rooms , basic stay . Forgettable hotel
Pros:

Location was reasonable . Quiet and some nice restaurants 10 mins away. Check out can be late also

Cons:

The rooms were very small . The welcome was poor . We left some chocolate out one night and in the morning there were ants . It was a very basic hotel

A good budget hotel within easy reach of many of the main sites.
Pros:

Whilst our room was very compact it was adequate and we spent most of our stay out and about anyway - the location is excellent. We specifically wanted to be in the Latin Quarter (5th arrond) but really you could walk everywhere i.e. to all the main sites. The staff were very welcoming and there were bars and cafes along the nearby Rue Parque Royal. The location is very close to Rue Mouffetard and the Sorbonne area with plenty of choices for eating. There is a Carrefour Express nearby (4 minutes walk) if you want a picnic. The hotel also offers takeaway coffee from the breakfast room which we used instead of making a drink in our room.
