A good budget hotel within easy reach of many of the main sites.
Pros:

Whilst our room was very compact it was adequate and we spent most of our stay out and about anyway - the location is excellent. We specifically wanted to be in the Latin Quarter (5th arrond) but really you could walk everywhere i.e. to all the main sites. The staff were very welcoming and there were bars and cafes along the nearby Rue Parque Royal. The location is very close to Rue Mouffetard and the Sorbonne area with plenty of choices for eating. There is a Carrefour Express nearby (4 minutes walk) if you want a picnic. The hotel also offers takeaway coffee from the breakfast room which we used instead of making a drink in our room.

A nice small hotel in a good location, at a good price.
Pros:

Lovely staff - very helpful. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small, but then I'm not small!

Very clean, nice decor, good location, friendly staff. Good value for money

Cons:

Nothing, but would appreciate small amount of milk in room for morning cuppa - free tea coffee etc in Reception, but would have to get dressed first. Might be to do with sustainability issues (plastic pods etc)

Los chocolates de regalo que podía tomar.

Cons:

La habitación minúscula que nos tocó, apenas nos podíamos dar vuelta, el wc estaba en un cuarto dentro de la habitación pequeñísimo y la ducha estaba separada de la cama por una cortina de genero en otro espacio en la misma habitación., el secador de pelo, 1 minuto y se recalentada y se apagaba, desayuno poco variado pase frío, el aire no funcionaba y la ubicación no es tan buena, a 3 cuadras grandes del metro, habían hoteles mas cerca por el mismo precio. Personal poco comunicativo.

El desayuno, no había mucho donde elegir.
Tardaban en reponer los alimentos y muy poca cantidad.

Pour un séjour parfait dans Paris
Pros:

Emplacement idéal près d'un quartier animé de Paris, hôtel dans une petite rue calme, chambre propre et confortable, petite mais suffisante pour y dormir qqs nuits. Petit déjeuner bon et varié.
