The room was too far from the elevator. Should have elevators on the opposing corners of the establishement, so passengers don´t have to walk so long to their room- specially elders
Beautiful hotel, comfy, clean, rooms are Westin-class. Staff at breakfast super attentive and nice. Front desk as well, knew you by name, very helpful and hospitable.
Service at the restaurant for lunch. Staff barely came around to take order. Took forever to bring two refreshments and never took our food order. Disgrace. We left the place.

The hotel was clean.
Several advertised facilities were unavailable or restricted during our stay due to the hotel’s 20th anniversary celebration. These restrictions were only communicated upon arrival.
The pool and sauna were closed throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Shortly after 9 p.m., staff informed us that they would remain open for only another hour. The sauna was not working at that point.
Room service operated with a reduced menu because of the event, and special requests could not be accommodated, including a simple green salad.
The hotel also showed visible signs of wear. Many doors were heavily scuffed and chipped, and there were holes in the wall around a fire sprinkler. Despite being clean, the hotel looked tired and in need of refurbishment.
Reception was informed of the service issues that evening and promised to consider compensation overnight. The following morning, staff appeared unaware of the matter, requiring the complaint to be repeated. At checkout, an apology was offered, but no compensation. A subsequent email to the hotel received no response.
Restrictions affecting key facilities should be communicated before arrival. The handling of the complaint also lacked coordination and follow-through.
El hotel es maravilloso. Nos gustó todo del hotel, pero la piscina climatizada fue lo mejor, mi hijo de un año la disfruto mucho, ese espacio para relajarse es fenomenal. La decoración del hotel es muy bonita, se ven muy lujosos los espacios, uno se siente como una princesa. El desayuno es increíble, muy completo! La atención del personal fue excelente, todos muy amables. La verdad que en España todos fueron muy amables con nosotros. Nada que decir, las mejores vacaciones.
No hay nada que no me haya gustado del hotel.

All good, sad they wouldn’t give us late checkout especially as flight very delayed, but we could use the facilities
Good position, liked the architecture and courtyard. Good size rooms with a comfortable bed.
Concierge was not helpful. No offer of valet parking when we had parked in the wrong place in the basement. Requested the room to be cleaned at 3pm when we returned from our visit to the city, the concierge was not helpful.
Main room lacked a mirror. On day of arrival hand towels and slippers were missing. No toilet brush in the toilet.
The room was big with a nice balcony to relax and have a coffee. The location is great, right near the Turia and with a charming neighborhood right behind the hotel with a great breakfast spot.
