Me gustó la amabilidad y flexibilidad del personal de recepción. Nos enviaron una nota con bombones, ya que nuestro viaje era por motivo de un entierro. Se agradece ese detalle y nos ofrecieron la habitación con un check in temprano y un check out más tarde.
La cama es muy cómoda, aunque la almohada es mejorable. El hotel está muy limpio y las habitaciones son grandes. La ubicación es inmejorable.
Algunas habitaciones tienen un olor fuerte a desagüe. Lo comunicamos y nos cambiaron a una que ya no tenía ese problema.

unfortunately this hotel was for us quite an unpleasant experience. Although the location of the hotel is great, and also the patio is very nice to spent time, the rooms are quite outdated to put it mildly. Our bathroom was so dirty that I even complaint twice, also because of old water tubes there was quite some unpleasant smell .... We had the option to change room, but the other room was exactly the same. The mimi bar had Chocolate which was already expired so we didn't dare to try anything else either. Beside that the main point was that they blocked our credit card twice, and even though my husband complained three times (once also with the manager) it was still not solved when we left, after 8 days! They wanted us to solve the problem with the third party involved, what a joke.
For us a very clear "no go"!

Die Lage des Hotels wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, war für uns perfekt. Eine grosse Hilfsbereitschaft betreffend Einfahrt überwachte Garage und Gepäck. Das Zimmer war outstanding, eines der bequemsten Betten, welches wir in den 4 Wochen hatten, riesiges Zimmer und ein Gross-Kingsize Bett, perfekt, wenn man anderes in Spanien kennt. Wir haben dann abends draussen bei 14 Grad zu Abend gegessen. Sehr leckeres Essen (preislich super) und der Garten ist wunderschön. Sie haben dann noch einen Wärme-Pilz aufgestellt; für Winter einfach gemütlich. Wir kommen wieder!!! super schönes Hotel.
Das nächste Mal nehmen wir ein Zimmer zum Garten; die Strasse hört man doch, wenn der Morgenverkehr ab 5.30/6.00 Uhr beginnt. Sonst gibt es gar nix zu bemängeln.
