Pros:

localisation, c'est assez propre car rénové pas très longtemps, personnel gentil, pour dépanner une - deux nuits, c'est pas mal

Cons:

isolation, on entends de tout chez les voisins .. on s'est bien réveillé a cause d'une famille vers minuits et impossible de dormir après.

bon emplacement au coeur du centre ville, le parking est pratique

Cons:

on entend beaucoup ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines (conversations, portes qui claquent) et dehors (sonnette du tram)
et la clim ne fonctionnait pas donc il faisait très humide dans la chambre.

Top location near the train station, very friendly staff, free luggage deposit even after check-out.

Cons:

Cooling didn't work in our room, but we had the window open, so it went well for one night.

Bon rapport qualité-prix !
Pros:

Chambre rénovée (au niveau du 2e étage - où nous avons été placés) et donc toute neuve, propre et fonctionnelle.
Le parking rend service (même si celui de Darcy est tout près, mais 1€ de plus pour la journée), malgré la difficulté d'y entrer avec un gros véhicule.
Les chiens ne paient "que" 6€ (souvent, c'est 10 !).
Très bien centré (proche zone piétonne et gare).
Prix canon (68€/nuit pour 2 pers).
On recommande !

Cons:

Evidemment que dans un 2* (et pour ce prix), on ne peut pas tout avoir, notamment l'espace dans la chambre :-) Elle est très petite, tout comme la sdb; mais pour un court séjour, où on n'y passe pas sa journée, qu'importe !
Vu son emplacement, les trams font du bruit; avec la fenêtre ouverte, ça peut être gênant quand la chambre donne sur la rue - comme la nôtre (mais on savait où était l'hôtel et était donc "avertis").
On a mis du temps à comprendre comment éteindre la lumière bleue (veilleuse ?) sous la tête de lit. Quand on y est enfin parvenus, l'obscurcissement total a fait du bien :-)
La rénovation s'est gourrée sur le distributeur de papier WC :-) Complètement dysfonctionnel ! Les bons vieux rouleaux génèrent moins de perte.

Clim non fonctionnelle, tâches de moisissures dans la salle de bain au niveau du plafond.
