Contacted concierge the day before that we had an early start as we had to catch a flight .
I was told breakfast starts at 7 am but we had to leave before that time.
I was not told that breakfast box is available, only made aware just before we left the hotel.
I requested a refund but only offered some sort of voucher for future stays. The staff member was abrupt, adamant and not willing to accommodate us . He gave us a cup of coffee and tea at my insistence
Not happy
Not a luxury hotel. Rather, more like a 3-star with high hopes. Check-in: Officious, not gracious. Little to no information about manuevering through the hotel, local sites, etc. Lots of suits, few workers: I had to fetch my own luggage from check-in. The front desk does not answer the phone.
The room: The wood trim is battered and bashed, showing poor maintenance. Furniture was dusty and superficially cleaned; the chairs had tears in the fabric. When the matter was brought to management, the response was that all the rooms are the same, and we can send someone to review the housekeeping. No one was dispatched.
Little storage area available to place clothes for a several-day stay. We had to live out of our suitcases/cubes. No iron in the room. View of the mezzanine roof; felt like we were assigned the maid's quarters.

Nice hotel at a convenient central location. The hotel itself was smaller than expected and the rooms not very large, but the bed was comfortable and had everything you need. The service was good and the buffet breakfast excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpfull.
