Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Top Lage. Der Service war in allen Bereichen herausragend. Besonders möchte ich den Concierge hervorheben, welcher mein Auto geparkt hat. An allen Tagen ein Top Service und hohe persönliche Note. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr schön und der Service äußerst aufmerksam.

Cons:

Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die renovierungsbedürftigen Zimmer.

Luxus-Stadthotel im Herzen Lissabons
Pros:

+ zentrale Lage; Innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig; Metro direkt vor der Tür

+ tolle Aussicht auf die Burg & am Horizont die Bucht

+ umfassendes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet (aber mit €30 eher teuer)

+ Zimmer sind sauber; Service sehr gut

Cons:

- Hellhörig: Auch im 9. Stock war noch der Straßenverkehr zu hören; mein Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zu einer Familien-Suite, die von vier jungen Amerikanern belegt war. Leider kamen sie erst spät nachts vom Feiern zurück...

- Wassertemperatur der Dusche: Leider war ich zu unfähig die Thermostat-Mischbatterie der Dusche richtig zu bedienen. Die richtige Einstellung für "angenehme Temperatur & Wasser von oben" haben ich auch nach 3 Tagen nicht gefunden. Vorsicht: Wasser wird SEHR heiß

- Aus irgendeinem Grund dachte die Hausdame ich trinke nur koffeinfreien Kaffee

- Frühstück erst ab 7:00 Uhr möglich

An overall good experience
Pros:

The hotel is small, cute, extremely well located. Very convenient to walk to many of the places to visit. Avenida Luberdade, where the hotel is located is a beautiful street where you can take a walk along the best high end brands. The employees at the hotel are extremely helpful and attentive. What I like about this hotel is that it is small and more personalized. It has concierge services which is helpful. The room amenities are good. My only comment is the room size which I found a little too small and also that the rooms located facing Avenida Liberdade can be a little bit noisy even though their windows have a a special noise reduction treatment. Overall my stay was good. I stayed for six nights. Food wise I was not very fond of the food offered at their Matiz restaurant. I had diner twice there and it was not as good as I would have expected.

I would recommend it and would also consider coming back to stay there when traveling again to Lisbon.
